Bed bugs had four bites on my back the next morning. Rej on reception was a legend, a very helpful, and friendly man. 👍 Helped us with the parking app, Not having the option of paying with cash was an unnecessary faff. All other staff in the he hotel, and restaurant were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in a perfect location.

Generally OK, rooms are clean and tidy. Location is good and probably one of the better ones when it comes to getting parked. Only con I would say is that there is no air conditioning although a fan was provided.

I have stayed in this Premier inn a number of times when travelling to Milton Keynes for business. The rooms are always very clean, the reception staff are polite, great to pop next door to the Barn for breakfast. Be aware of the parking charges and make sure you park in the correct coloured bay to make it cheaper.

This Premier Inn is much better than the Theatre district. In the weekends the crowd are rough and very noisy with the nightclubs. Here it’s totally opposite, quiet and gentle. Also, the one here has Rej.

Check in very tired and was grated by raj He was very friendly and very happy to help me with my bags and explained everything about parking and the meal deal. Notting was too much trouble, and the rooms were quite big and clean and very comfortable. I will be asking work to put me here to stay again

Stayed here for 2 weeks in total and the staff are some of the most helpful and friendliest I have come across. Reg is especially helpful and goes out of his way to make you comfortable! Congrats to the whole team.

A great place to stay here and the location is good too. Reg welcomed us into reception and was really friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the attached beefeater restaurant which again we were welcomed by the staff there too, Both Michelle and Georgia made sure our experience was a good one and they were on hand for anything we needed. Great Service, friendly staff would definitely recommend and we will be returning 👍

Very good value for money. Came for a business trip but very satisfied with the rooms, breakfast and service. The shower was powerful and the beds were comfy, the breakfast had a really good spread and everything was fresh. Above all really helpful service with special mention of Rej who went out of his way to make my stay more comfortable, he’s a credit to the company.

The room we stayed in could do with a little love. Or the decorators could take their time when painting. Took advantage of the dinner and breakfast offer. The beefeater menu was a bit limited and to be honest a bit naff. However breakfast was awesome. The chef even came round asking if we wanted more from the English menu.

Probably the worst UK hotel experience. The room was very dated and decor was deteriorating in areas. As soon as you entered the first floor, the heat was unbearable. Yes it was hot outside, but not comparable to the sauna happening inside of this place. The rooms were the same. No air conditioning and a fan that just circulated the hot dusty air. As you can imagine, that does not make for a comfortable sleep. The shower was useless too. Going hot to cold every 10 seconds. A positive is that if you’re planning to wake up at 6:30 you won’t need to set an alarm as the glass bin lorry does it’s job for the beefeater next door. Reception were not accommodating to any of these issues and just said there’s nothing they can do… terrible experience all round.

Older-style Premier Inn but still with the famous comfortable bed Really friendly and helpful staff. Beefeater next door served a great breakfast and dinner, also with friendly and accommodating staff. Meal Deals available including breakfast if you are staying overnight. Bar service was very good. Plenty of choice and a nice seating area outside if the weather is on your side.

I have a few things to say about this place. Plenty of parking when you get there but make sure you don't park directly adjacent to the building as that first row is premium parking for £2 per hour... Park 2 meters away in the rest of the car park and it's 50p per hour (make sure you pay at the correct machine too). The check in was easy enough and the room is a standard prem inn room, big comfy bed, TV, sofa and not much else. It's starting to look a bit tired in there but otherwise decent enough. My company had paid for dinner and breakfast so I went down to dinner. Once seated someone came to explain that I could choose any two courses from the menu and a drink, they then presented me with a second menu with several food items and drinks that would incur an extra charge. Simple and straightforward... Well actually no it's not. I chose a steak, chips, a sauce and some corn on the cob on the side and a desert. I was very careful not to get anything on the extra charge menu. The food came, the steak was decent, the chips were that hot that I've still got a painful burn on the roof of my mouth 5 days later, the blue cheese sauce was appalling and the corn on the cob was three thin slices of corn cooked to the point of being dry and shriveled. My cookie dough and ice cream was spot on. Anyway I ate it all, got up to leave, said thank you and then was presented with a bill for £5 something.... I questioned this and was then informed (and at no point prior was given this information, either verbally or on the menu I'd been given) that my corn and sauce was extra. I argued this with the manager on duty who simply said that yes this was his fault, but the sauce and the side were extras and it said extras on the menu.. after pointing out that the sauce didn't say extra he removed that from the bill but insisted I pay for the corn. After a long day, and not being able to argue with stupid, I just paid the £3.50 and left, pointing out that they were in the wrong, they said so themselves and that they need to be more careful when they explain how their menu works. In short, double check you won't pay extra charges. Anyway, decent night's sleep but then got woken at 6.30 by the bottle bins being emptied directly under my window (4 bins in total), fantastic breakfast and unfortunately an issue with my door not locking due to it being warm. I had room 39 so double check the door if you get this room and hope it's not bin day if you want a lay in. I'd stop here again but only if the company was paying and I wouldn't have the dinner meal deal, just the breakfast.

On entering the area on which the Premier Inn Xscape is situated, it was noted that the site is clean and well maintained, there is plenty of parking and the hotel is sandwiched between a popular Beefeater and a quiet housing area. It is a short walk to the City centre and across the road from the Xscape. The Premier Inn itself gives a warm welcome, complete with a smile and friendly chit chat making you feel instantly at home. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who are always keen to assist guests where possible and make their stay an enjoyable one. The duty manager Reg is someone who cares passionately about his hotel and genuinely takes the time to interact with guests on a personable level. Lorraine welcomed me on my check in, I was greeted by a smile and instantly felt welcome. As a lone, disabled guest I can sometimes be made to feel like a nuisance in some hotels however not here. The staff all make the effort to help open doors and to assist where ever they can. They always check that guests are happy with their rooms and that everything is ok. They will engaged in conversation, understanding their guests reason for their visit, offering details about local destinations to improve their time here in Milton Keynes. The rooms themselves are comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff are always keen to make sure that you have enough of everything, and the rooms are cleaned to a high standard. The beds are extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, with plenty of pillows, both soft and firm. The crisp white linen of both the towels and the bedding have a luxurious feel. The rooms are a good size with plenty of lighting options to suit your preferences. The bathrooms are perfect for your needs, including extra grab rails in the accessibility rooms. This hotel really does feel like a home away from home, thanks to the efforts and hard work of Reg, Lorraine and their wonderful team. I would definitely recommend this particular Premier Inn to anyone looking to visit the area, it's close enough to everything you may want and yet just far enough away the you are not disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the city. It is by far the best night's sleep I have ever had in any hotel.
