Excellent hospitality, was recommended by my cousin. Would 100% stay again! Nice cost and nice comfort! Staff were extremely respectful and helpful. I would like to give a special mention to Kiana who although was not on shift at the time, made sure to help my stay be as good as can be.

I was so impressed and wanted to write a review to mention Austin on reception. He’s just what you want from a concierge. I had a few queries and he helped so much and swiftly. If this is the level of service here I will definitely be back. I had a windowless room which suited me fine it was super clean and nice I needed a good night of sleep which I got except when I think my neighbour went to the loo but that’s standard. The bed was comfortable the AC works well. Really good value for money.

First time at this hotel, lovely stay! We were greeted by Aaliyah who was super helpful, super kind and just a really nice person all in all. She was professional, cheerful and accommodating, helped with making specific requests for check in and check out. Will definitely be returning :)

Selene/Celine honestly took care of us really well. Thank you so much. The room was one of the best rooms we have stayed in. It was clean, cosy and comfortable. Customer service was amazing, even when we required hot water, they provided us immediately with no hesitation. The coffee cup is so much more stable and better than the paper cups they had before. Would definitely recommend!!

We came down from London to watch the football and needed a cheap and cheerful place to stay. Easy hotel was a great choice for us. The easy hotel worker Harsh was especially helpful during our stay and would definitely recommend.

Great location for our purpose, modern rooms and bathroom, comfortable and appears clean with air con facility. Reception staff very approachable and helpful. Room has a window but we couldn’t open, there’s not much space to put clothes away so we need to keep them in our bags. No coffee service in the room but there’s a automatic coffee machine at reception that we can use.

Hash and Rob were a great help, along with the woman at the desk when I first checked in! Very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The hotel is in a calm, walkable location and the rooms are comfortable with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again, and even extended my stay. Thank you easyHotel MK!

Good hotel - cheaper than the others and central MK location. Also none of that room kettle coffee nonsense - has a coffee machine + an M&M's vending machine downstairs. Friendly staff too - especially Harsh and Rob who were efficient and very helpful. Thoroughly recommended!

Simple, cheap, decent hotel. No catering but I was aware of that. Rooms clean and easy. Beds comfortable. All facilities worked fine. Simple check-in and out. Perfect for a simple "somewhere to sleep" won't win any luxury awards but not designed for that. Good option to save some cash and sleep somewhere safe. No noise heard from neighbouring rooms at all.

Cecile at reception was a joy and welcomed us, checked us in quickly with a smile. Rooms were small so cat swinging but perfect for somewhere to lay your head after a night out. Clean and tidy also. More hooks wouldn't go a miss especially in the bathroom and a flat surface in the shower for toiletries.

Ynx was absolutely kind and helpful. She has a great sense of humor and very explanatory.. I got stuck while trying to book but she and rob were really kind enough to help me through every step. They had great command of English, friendly and always smiling. I recommend them for promotion.

Very convenient location (central Milton Keynes) very clean room and nice shower/toilet. Very tiny room, literally a double bed and 4 walls with a 2ft gap around the bed. The room had no windows which is optional, you can have a room with a window for a few quid more but I don't like hearing too much noise outside so opted for no room. The girl on the booking desk was really nice. TV didn't work unfortunately and there was a noisy door outside my room that seemed to have a lot of traffic in and out all night. Decent for a budget though and would recommend.

Rob, Raj and Ynx were incredibly helpful and super friendly. Nothing was too big an issue for them and they made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was amazing, totally spotless and had very comfortable beds. Location is spot on, walking distance to the shopping centre but not too close to noisy bars. Definitely would recommend to my friends 🙂

Great location and great price. Celine at the customer service desk was super great and helpful. I turned up and had an issue with my booking. She quickly remedied what could have been a very stressful situation and saved my almost-gone-wrong vacation in Melton Keynes! Would definitely recommend and big ups to her! Went above and beyond. Had a comfortable stay.

Stayed here with a group of mates, Jack and Roxana checked us in really quickly considering there was a lot of us. Both really friendly and had an amazing night. Rooms are basic but clean, wouldn’t stay for a lengthy trip but perfect for a short break! Simple, easy and clean.

The hotel is placed in a very central location at the centre of Milton Keynes next to the central train station 🚃. The staff was super helpful and explained nicely all the options. There aren't many facilities available (typical easyHotels) obviously but it offers all the basics for an overnight stay. There are some vending machines 🍫☕ next in entrance with refreshments and light snacks options available. The hotel doesn't offer parking spaces 🚗 but there are many available on the surrounding roads in a close walking distance from the hotel. The cost for a 24hrs parking is 5.5£. The cost for a non-window room is in the region of 35-40£. You can see some photos of a room in that category in my review.

A room that is exactly how big it needs to be and not a single cm more is quite frankly perfect. I stayed here after a party at a local friends house and checked in at half 2, the staff on reception was very pleasant and helpful. The beds are comfy and clean I slept and I left, will absolutly be back here again

Very good hotel. Cheap rates so room is small as expected, but looks nice. The bed is comfortable, the single pillow is very soft though. Staff were all very pleasant and accomodating. Will definitely use again.

Nice hotel which is very central. Rooms are little “cozy” but very clean and have all of the basics that you need (bed, shower, tv). Staff are exceptional - really helpful when I had to unexpectedly stay for an additional few nights. Really appreciate the reception manager girl (who’s name I didn’t get) and Zuki from reception who were very kind and accommodating. Patrick

I only stayed for around 7hrs overnight. You would not want to spend more than 1 night here or at all if you had lots of luggage. The rooms are smaller than you could imagine, no storage space whatsoever and the room had no windows making it moreso depressing. The staff seemed nice and the rooms, despite the size, were clean.

Stay was good. Tommy at the reception was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good - AC was good. Good sized room. Liked the wooden floor. Nice windows. Bad - water leaks out of the cubicle when showering even though door was completely shut. Bathroom quite small. Nowhere to store your things, really. Everything has to be on the floor.

Our stay was great, the family room was comfortable, clean and of a good size for 2 adults and 1 child. The bathroom is of a good size and also clean. After hours check in was smooth. Location is central to all main attractions including the shopping centre. NINA at Guest services made the stay even better going above and beyond answering all questions!!! Highly recommend

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the park restaurant and shopping mall. the service is nice and helpful. there was a broken coffeemaker on reception but I got help with that. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. A bottle of water in the room would be a nice addition.

This is my very first visit to the UK and Milton Keynes and I met the lovely receptionist Nina! She gave the warmest smile and was very welcoming. I love the ambience and and very neat rooms. My husband and I were very impressed. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

The rooms are basic - no amenities like kettles, fans, irons etc but they are very clean, up-to-date and cheap compared to other hotels, which is why they're basic. I booked last minute and was able to get a room at the same price as my family who had booked in advance. All in all happy with my stay

Although it was a room without a window, it was still a spotlessly clean room, with great shower and facilities. The room was compact but perfect for one night. Had no issue with light in the morning and completely silent - on a Saturday night too. Bargain price and only 20min walk from Campbell Park- even less to the bars and food areas.

Aaliyah gave us lovely service, We needed a last minute stay and she got us a room efficiently. The room itself is OK. Although we suspect the mains might have busted our phone charger we shared between us but I'm not tech-savvy so I wouldn't know. Either way, fantastic place to stay especially as it's situated a walkable distance from MK Central. The staff seem to like their job here! Thank you again, Aaliyah! Also, loved the Halloween decorations you had up on that night - the orange inside the pumpkin was a nice and funny touch :)

Excellent staff. I met Roxana and Nina in reception as soon as I got there. Had a chat with them, absolutely lovely young ladies with a good sense of humour. Put me straight away at ease as it's really lovely meeting easy going people. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely book again!

Great stay The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from the shopping centre and the hub. The staff is very helpful and provided me with information about the city. The rooms are cosy but modern and very clean. Roxana was very welcoming while I was checking in. Overall great stay, will definitely recommend.We both had a laugh and she was very sweet and down to earth. I'm looking forward coming again as I felt very welcomed and very respected! Overall, absolutely lovely stay!

The rooms are clean & tidy making it a comfortable environment to be in. I haven’t had any issue with this hotel at all. In addition, the lifts are speedy making it easy to get from different floors (A to B). The lifts also have large clean mirrors so you can check yourself before leaving. The service here is exquisite because every I’ve had I was able to go to the reception and resolve it as soon as possible. Lastly, I would recommend EasyHotel for anyone looking for a quiet getaway. You won’t regret it.
