I can not understand why the workers don’t pick up the phone to attend to patients who wants to book an appointment. I have been on the line calling and i am Number one, and no one is picking up. What sort of wickedness is that? And they usually don’t have much patients, why the clumsiness. I will not recommend this surgery to anyone that likes his/her life. They render very bad service, more like they don’t care. If you are in Scotland, try links medical practice, they are good.

No never i would go with wrafton. I tried to take an appointment for my 3 months ols bany but they were not responding neither they reply back. If someone wants to risk their life go with this surgery. Really disappointed

My experience with this surgery it’s 10 of 10. 7 years with them and I don’t have nothing to complain about it. If the phone doesn’t work and you really have to see them just walk in , if you can’t walk call ambulance. I understand that the reason of not working it’s that the line are very busy. But they are very professional and helpful. It’s very hard to find a receptionist to listen to you and a very professional doctors too.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all at Wrafton House Surgery for all the kindness and support you have showed me over the years. Like when I came in booking my appointment and the receptionist made sure I have a face to face appointment to see a doctor to make sure they give me a right diagnosis. I felt that I was listened to, am on the mend and also I have been given the right treatment. Thanks doctors for your time and advice. I do personally recommend this surgery and I do appreciate the staff kindness and hardworking :))).

Ridiculous and worst GP ever One of the GP doesn't know what she was doing. My leg was injured. She asked me to do sketches and get back to work. Few days later, my leg got pain again. And I could not work for the whole month. Bought at least £1500 losses Finally I saw another doctor, she advised me to get rest for few weeks. And I recovered quickly. Crazy place.

It is reassuring to have a practice that tries to accommodate patients when possible. The best way to seek advice from practitioners is through online consultation because of the short-staffed reception. At the same time, the receptionists are otherwise responsive and welcoming and respectfully handle patients' requests. The practitioners' diagnoses and referrals have been most effective and helpful. Their post-op investigation and skills in translating medical jargon terms into plain English have been most resourceful and supportive.

Dr Kleinberg was very good and made my son feel at ease. Originally I was booked for a phone consultation but I hadn’t realised and took him in but the doctor saw me and my son straight away. Very good and very thorough. Thank you Wrafton house and Dr Kleinberg.
