šŸ˜  If I didn't have to put a star I wouldn't. It's an absolute joke of a doctor's. You call up when you get told to call and are either told to try again later or put in position 19 of the queue and waiting for about 20 minutes. When you get to position 1 you are then waiting a further 10-20 minutes to... People often mention told, appointment, doctors, call, health,

If I didn't have to put a star I wouldn't. It's an absolute joke of a doctor's. You call up when you get told to call and are either told to try again later or put in position 19 of the queue and waiting for about 20 minutes. When you get to position 1 you are then waiting a further 10-20 minutes to finally get through to someone to be told all appointments have gone and to try again tomorrow to repeat the same process. Even when you ask for an emergency appointment they just don't care. I have been trying to get an appointment for months now and still haven't received one. When you explain how long you've been waiting they just don't care and hang up basically. It's disgusting. No wonder why so many people are attending the hospital's to get seen when their GP surgery is as bad as this. With the other reviews on here I'm surprised they're even still open. It's disgusting. Never been good for anything

Would rather not give a star. Iā€™ve spoken to receptionists there before who are lovely. Whoever I spoke to this morning has made me so angry, and Iā€™m more annoyed I didnā€™t take her name! Iā€™ve been trying for 3 days to get through for blood test results, as the lovely nurse who did the test told me to call them. Iā€™ve been in a queue of 21 every time. I work & canā€™t wait wait that long, even after trying. Yesterday afternoon it just told me no one was available and hung up. Today I called at 8 and was in a queue of 15 but waited and wish I didnā€™t bother. The lady on the phone has no human skills. Barked at me about ā€œshouldnā€™t be calling at this time for results as itā€™s an emergency appointment lineā€ - yeah, real emergency when you have to wait half hour to get answered. I asked when I should call, which is laughable when Iā€™ve been trying for days and she rudely said ā€œwhatā€™s your date of birth thenā€ and aggressively read out my results. Weā€™ve been in a pandemic. That call could be the only human conversation someone could have all day. I suffer with my mental health and Iā€™m so upset by it all itā€™s affected the rest of my day. Everyone is busy. Just be nice! Definitely looking to change surgeries now. Waiting for results is nerve wracking as it is. I wouldnā€™t of bothered calling but was advised to! Itā€™s a shame because I have dealt with some lovely people there before. Learn how to talk to people!

Having to call this doctors gives me anxiety and stress I've never experienced before. I wouldnt even give 1 star. You ring all morning to get an appointment and all you get is "phone line busy". If your lucky and do get through you'll be 19th in the call queue, sit there for hours waiting to connect and the phone line disconnects. I dont think I've ever actually been here for a doctors appointment since I joined this practice because I can never get one! It's actually disgusting that people are having to ignore there health concerns because we can't get doctors appointments. People are suffering and this surgery do not care. We want to see our GP not go to the Walk-In center making it more busy than it already is, but you give us no choice! This "Health center" doesn't care about people's health, all any surgery cares about now is Covid, and so many peoples real health issues are going a miss because of it.

Where do I start , had an appointment about a year ago about my sleep apnea , I came in for the appointment to be told I would be referred to a sleep clinic . Which I was happy about getting the problem sorted . Any how a year pasts by with my still having sleep apnea to the point weā€™re I think Iā€™m having a heart attack at night time and im only 26 years old . I rang to follow up my referral to be told it can take up to a year for Milton Keynes hospital to contact me , so I went out my way and contacted Milton Keynes hospital to be told there is no referral from my doctors and never had been , so Iā€™ve Lived with this health issue for so long and seems like they donā€™t care about there patients . Thank god for the lovely lady at Milton Keynes hospital who went out of her way to get me an appointment and referred me to one of the main doctors at the sleep clinic

I had an emergency appt and saw Dr Thomas mcnally - Iā€™ve never had such a great experience seeing a dr he listened to me and I felt heard and understood. Every concern I had he had an answer for me or a solution to help. I walked out of there feeling so happy and relieved that I wasnā€™t going crazy. Could not stop raving to everyone about how great it was - defo recommend to see him :)

Joined this practise only a few days ago and called to check if I was registered and the receptionist I spoke to was absolutely lovely and so welcoming! Got a appointment for quite soon which never happens and sorted out my prescription issue. I've come from a very unprofessional gp practise and I can already tell they are efficient and very polite!

Iā€™ve always found it hard to get into the doctors but since theyā€™ve joined with Whaddon itā€™s become near impossible. I phoned up a couple years ago because of my mental health and was told that they had no appointments available and mental health wasnā€™t a priority. I phoned today with a possible kidney infection to be told there was nothing available and that Iā€™d have to call back at 1.30 when they release more appointments. Iā€™ve just been left in complete agony all day as I canā€™t even get to the walk-in centre.

Such a hard place to get a doctors appointment or even through to book one. But once in the doctors themselves are prompt and know their stuff (obviously because their doctors but you know what I mean) and your in and out in no time. Have heard the dentist there is terrible but I haven't used them myself so cannot comment.
