The WORST Vet I have EVER visited. I used this vet for years for family pets, up until my parents dog became very ill and needed treatment. I took my parents dog here while my parents were away and they charged me for a disputed bill that wasn't mine to pay, without telling me! The management do not care for the animals, only about profit and how much they can charge people who desperately need help for their pets (we were actually told this by a member of staff!) Never taking a pet of mine anywhere near this place again.

Without a doubt the best vet practice in Milton Keynes and beyond!. I have two British bulldogs with them one required cherry eye surgery and castration. Willow were fantastic for both operations. The staff are really amazing and its the most cost effective practice compared to competitors locally. Highly recommend.

The service was so great. The vet was friendly professional and on point. We had a appointment for 4:30 but we arrived much earlier since we had an emergency call they had no problem taking us in earlier they gave a vet straight away wasted no time.I seriously recommend Willow Veterinary Centre for anyone who needs a vet for there pet.

This was my first visit with my nervous dogs and I’m so glad I made the decision to go to Willow Vets, lovely girls on the phone and reception and Richard the vet was amazing! Thank you everyone, I’ve definitely made the right decision X

Willow are amazing. My dog has a lot of allergies and willow walked us through testing and aftercare, which was impeccable. We visit every month for injections, so see the staff regularly and they always take great care of him and make a fuss of him. I would whole heartedly recommend willow.

Recently changed to Willows Vets after awful care at MK Veterinary Group (Stony). Couldn't be happier that we made the change, the care is outstanding.

We had to put our little boy to sleep today. Libby wasn't on duty but when she heard because she had seen him before she asked if we would like her there.We said yes. Libby is so kind and compassionate .We could not have asked for anything better. This is the very best vet in the world

Lovely vets, friendly staff , really listen to you, don't feel rushed , I have 2 difficult dogs a really old rescue and a new rescue, and I feel confident that they are getting the best care

The whole visit was a pleasurable experience from talking to the reception ladies until leaving the clinic. I’ve been looking for knowledgeable exotic or Avian vet for a while now, after visiting many other clinics I have finally found one in Willow vets and I can’t even express how happy I am to know my little bird companions are in safe hands. Dr. Richard definitely knows what he is doing, he has broad knowledge about parrots, it was a pleasure to talk to him about the issues I was having with them, and hear some good advices and explanations why this might be happening. I will try to resolve the issue following his advice and see how it goes! Definitely will be coming back!

Today we had our first trip to Willow Vets with our Guinea pig. We had been recommended by a friend to see Richard and he was great. The service we received from the friendly receptionist when I called up to make the appointment to the care in the waiting room when they offered to put Norris in a back room as there was some barking dogs, was exceptional. Richard took time to examine Norris in a gentle and careful manner, explained what he thought was wrong with him and gave me a plan to care for him. He also gave me loads of additional information about caring for Guinea pigs which was so helpful and useful. Cost of appointment was reasonable for the service we received. Would definitely recommend this vets to others.

Moved over to this practice from Vets4Pets and the service is just superb! have been amazing with our elderly cat after she has been misdiagnosed by previous vets. I am so grateful for this wonder surgery and team!

The staff here are amazing and have always treated my pets as their own, showing amazing compassion, patience and care for my babies. I can't thank the staff enough for making every visit, easier and less traumatic for my cats and for me. Can't praise this Vets enough, the staff are fantastic.

I really appreciated how gentle and considerate the vet was, with my nervous cat. I have been with them for nearly 30 years and always received excellent care. The reception staff are always very friendly and helpful and the vets are knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Willow veterinary practice to anyone. The surgery is spotlessly clean with separate areas for cats and dogs.

Very helpful staff they all go above and beyond to help every pet .. they treat every animal as if they where their own pets ..I trust my little dog with everyone that works there ..5☆ treatment every time ....

Helpful, happy staff. We've looked for a specailist avian vet for our chickens for ages and are happy to have found Richard at Willow.

From the min I called them to my first experience with them today what a joy. the level of professionalism along with the friendly welcome was brilliant . The vet was so informative and actually listened to me as the owner and took on board what i had to say. loved her enthusiasm and passion to help my dog. I left there buzzing about the future care of my dog. Want my advise if you live in North mk travel a couple miles away from the other vets nearby( no names mentioned) and get involved with this lot you will not be disappointed 😀.
