Call for a routine appointment and have been told they don’t do those anymore and been told to call back next day for an on the day appointment. Call the next day at 08:30 and wait in the queue call back only to be told there are no appointments available. Then get told to speak to 111, i call 111 but as my issue is routine they can only give non urgent priority and advise me to call the GP the next day. As you can see it is just a merry go round of calling GP or 111. This is absolutely ridiculous. You have to exaggerate your symptoms to 111 just to get a call back which should really be going to someone with more acute symptoms. I should not need to go to 111 or A&E for routine issues.

One star only because you can't give zero! I challenge anyone to show me a worse GP practice.... 8.29am they won't answer the phones; 8.30am they're engaged and there's no queue, you just get automatically cut off; 8.35am all of the appointments have gone for the day and you can't ask for an appointment for another day! No wonder A & E is full 24/7, but at least you eventually get seen there...!

This surgery is just awful, it’s literally mission impossible to get an appointment. You call 8:29 lines not working, 8:30 they cut you off, 8:33 line fails, 8:37 no appointments for the day! How! How is this possible that they are still working, are they keeping the appointments for close people or what. I have started to look for other practice as this should be shut down as soon as possible! They ignore a baby needing blood tests and they ignore adult being sick. Unbelievable how bad it is.

This place is abysmal. The on-site pharmacy is handy, as is the little park next to it, however if you want an appointment, look elsewhere! You have to call at bang on 8:30 and then have to either sit on hold for ages or await a call back, both usually take at least an hour. If they're fully booked they tell you to call 111. After waiting for ages on hold on 111, they'll tell you to call your GP, Whitehill will then say to call 111, and then 111 will say call your GP. This has happened to me at least three times in the past year alone. It's gotten so bad that I now actively avoid contacting the doctor unless I'm in extreme pain or very very ill, which is an incredibly dangerous attitude to have. I've been a patient my entire life and I can remember it being busy here 20 years ago. Why they're still accepting patients is beyond me!

Worst Dr's in the UK. They will change your meds without consulting you, they lie constantly. Impossible to see or speak to a Dr, Avoid at all costs. Dr's especially DR TURNER is rude, lies, will change your meds without consulting you, very condescending, speaks down to you and doesn't give a damn. She should not be in charge of patients. This surgery needs to be shut down. In the 16 odd months I have been with them my mental and physical health has massively deteriorated because of them. Even complaining or going to the ombudsman does nothing. They are the reason I am moving. SHAME ON YOU WHITEHILL Had I not had the family support I do I would've deteriorated to the point I seriously hurt myself or ended my life. If there was an option to give 0 or negative stars I would've given that. There is alot more I could say but I won't.

This place is absolutely awful. The nurses are kind, but the reception staff and even the doctors are so rude to patients, sometimes even getting snarky, and I wholeheartedly understand that customer service isn't something they are supposed to give, but rudeness isn't acceptable in ANY carreer. Not to mention you can barely get an appointment. Waited 2 hours on the phone, only to be told there is no appointments available in the rudest tone possible. If you come here, don't expect any empathy and help. Hell, don't expect even to be seen.

I hope they close this surgery soon and we will be able to have a a new with appointment to see our Doctors !! It’s been weeks I am trying to see a Dr but impossible ! I really don't understand why all the bad reviews. I was terrified to join the surgery because of that, but after 4 months being there I can say I always got an appointment when I needed it, they put me on lots of checks which my previous practice didn't. They take their patients seriously. Their app allows you to book repeat prescriptions online, they are approved quickly, within a day. Their pharmacy works Saturdays too, so it's easy to pick up. I have only had good experience so far, receptionists always try to help out as well as GPs. I understand it's sometimes hard to get an appointment in the morning, but let's be fair, nowadays it's the same at every single practice.
