Excellent shopping experience, buying gifts for someone who is just about to get a puppy and wasn’t sure what to get but was approached while I was looking around and given very sensible advice on choosing a few items for such a young dog. Their knowledge was fantastic and they certainly knew exactly what I should and shouldn’t buy. Highly recommend visiting this store for their expertise and choice of products which was vast. Also a very clean store and well laid out. Will visit again in the future.

First time visiting the store on Saturday and spoke to a very knowledgeable member of staff who helped advise us on the best type of food for my new puppy. She gave us lots of help/advice and was very friendly! Overall great experience, we can't wait to come back.

My puppy had decided that the food she had been being served was no longer what she fancied, so after a brief discussion with Mai at the Northampton store, she advised I try ROR (raw puppy food) as an alternative. It has worked and she has eaten all that I served to her, and looked for more. She’s teething at the moment and the soft texture and the simple flavour of the puppy food has proven to be a perfect alternative to the food she recently rejected. Thank you, I would thoroughly recommend it.

Visited the store, while introducing our 14 week puppy to a store etc. Mai greeted us, and was able to answer any questions I had. She was knowledgeable and able to advise different toys and treats suitable for our needs. Will be visiting again soon.

A great pet store inside Dobbies garden centre with a good choice and knowledgeable staff. My cat had a hairball problem and Bree helped me out by recommending a specific dry cat food product explaining how it would help with the issue. Within a week my cat was better and l had saved a fortune on possible vets consultations. Thanks!

Our dog was having ongoing issues with not eating the kibble or wet food we were buying her. Hayley kindly made time for us and talked us through how and what to feed our dog to fix the issue. We bought a bag of a kibble that Hayley recommended and our dog has eaten and enjoyed the whole bag! Very pleased! We'll be back to get more :)

Had an amazing experience at Pets Corner (at Dobbies garden centre in Wootton) recently. I was hoping (but not really expecting - since we were in the middle of a 40 degree heatwave!) to get a cooling mat for my dogs. A staff member welcomed me as soon as I walked in. I asked about cooling mats and was taken to where they were. None of the typical "over there" with a half-hearted pointy finger here. The staff member explained the different sizes, told me that the 'small' and 'large' descriptions were misleading which helped me select the right size, left me to choose in my own time without any pressure to buy, and then continued with the same friendly and helpful service when I was ready to pay. A great experience which other large chains could learn from. Highly recommend.

We visited Pets Corner on Saturday to get a harness fitted for our new puppy. Aimee was absolutely fantastic, providing advice and helping us with our first fitting. We loved Pets Corner and can't wait to come to the puppy hours!

We were assisted by Jenny and she was so helpful. Our dog had gone off her dry kibble food and Jenny showed us how we could mix in certain wet foods to encourage our dog to eat it. Jenny was very considerate and thorough, and was happy to answer any questions we had.

I can’t rate this pet store high enough. The service offered is first class. We saw Kim who is extremely knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for. Our cheeky Coco (who helped herself to a biscuit!) was so relaxed with Kim whilst having a harness fitting. Thank you and well done for a 5 star service.

Very happy with the customer service at pets corner! Took our dog in who suffers with choking and pulling on his harness, Aimee greeted us and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different harnesses and even helped us fit his new one which is perfect. Will be back to buy another!

We recently went into the Northampton branch inside Dobbies Garden Centre and we wanted some advice as our dog was struggling with his diet. The member of staff was very well aware of the types of products that would be suitable for him. We tried a new product and now his digestion is a lot better now. The member of staff said if it did not work we could bring it back for either a replacement or refund - wow how good is that customer services.

We have visited Pets Corner in Northampton three times with our new puppy Leia, on each occasion Hayley has been a massive help to us as new puppy owner. Hayley’s knowledge is impressive and nothing was too much trouble. We have a much happier puppy as a result and feel more confident as news puppy owners. Thank you Hayley.

Can’t recommend Kim Highly enough at pets corner in wootton Northampton . Took my Labrador puppy Kali to puppy class there she she was brilliant and gave me so much knowledge . Every time I go back she is so so helpful And can’t be any more helpful

Spoke with a lovely lady called Hayley regarding cat litter. She was incredibly patient and took the time to go through the differences. We opted for something we had not used before.
