Milton Keynes concret cows 😁 Nice park area, spacious with paths and benches, nice stream. Was great for flying the drone 👍

This is absolutely the best place in MK! So much representative of the internal struggle of people living here. These are BIG concrete cows, in the middle of the field. I mean, what could be better than this? I've even heard rumours that these cows are not the original ones, and the original pieces of art were put inside a museum. So you can actually pay to see the real ones? This really tells something about your priorities

Great spot for a free arty photo opportunity. Went to visit this iconic community art sculpture with a friend. It's a little tricky to find, as this bit of Loughton Valley North park is divided by a stream and it's easy to take the wrong path. On our first attempt we ended up on the opposite side of the stream but our 2nd attempt worked better.

The concert cows can be reached from the Roman site, parking there. Then walking thru the path to the left. From the Roman site if you go thru the bridge it will lead you to the playground.

The Iconic Concrete Cows are in Loughton Valley Park, once visable from the west coast mainline railway. The park is a wonderful green space cared for by The Parks Trust. Lots of footpaths to wander, Bancroft Roman Ruins, a play park, picnic areas, just a short walk away, & a good place to park, is Bradwell Abbey which is steeped in history. Also in Bradwell Village you can find 2 old pubs The Queen Victoria & The Prince Albert. You can also watch football or cricket being played on the sports field. Superb 💚

The iconic Concrete Cows of Milton Keynes! They are actually hard to get to as there is no parking nearby. They are a bit odd looking up close, but worth seeing them if you are in the area.

Iconic Milton Keynes concrete cows! Made from a mixture of concrete & fibreglass. Fully refurbished earlier this month, a much needed improvement. Part of Loughton Valley Park which links up to Lodge Lake, Tear Drop Lakes, MK Bowl & Furzton Lake
