We visited this Tree Cathedral and the one in Whipsnade on the same autumn afternoon. Both are charming and beautiful but for direct comparison: Pros of Milton Keynes: Ample car parking, well paved path throughout, obvious laid out structure. Cons of Milton Keynes: Parking is charged, but at Β£1 for an hour (ample time) this is worth it in my opinion (even more so with multiple people per car) and goes to the upkeep of the cathedral, close to a busy road so cars can be clearly heard throughout Pros of Whipsnade: Free car park, quiet and tranquil, greater variety of planted areas, charming carved benches Cons of Whipsnade: Bumpy road to access, car park v small, soft grass underfoot (not wheelchair friendly), not as obvious a traditional modern cathedral structure

To be noted... this is a range of tree species planted in the shape of a cathedral... not sure how people are surprised that when they arrive it is just trees and plants so thought I should highlight this point. Beautiful selection of trees... well maintained with a stone/paved walkway for you to slowly amble through. It is a location for natural interment or scattering of ashes with a few memorial benches in the area of wildflower meadow (to be noted: flowers are seasonal obviously)

Considerably bigger than I expected. A lovely, peaceful place but be careful of the paving when wet as it can get very slippery.

Nice place to walk around, not very big so won't take you long but good work put into it. See rabbits and squirrels hopping around. Willen lake is just over the road if you wanted a longer walk.

This is beautiful structure created from trees and it resembles just like a cathedral. There are many spots to get some nice pictures here. The area is also quite isolated from the rest of the park which gives it a nice woody cavern type of vibe. There is also a car park next to the tree cathedral where you are able to park your car. Recommend visiting this place once to get some unique pictures and view some amazing tree structures.

Lovely place to visit and explore. Unsurprisingly we went in the pouring rain and there was not another soul around. The rain coming through the trees was nice and I imagine in the sun it would be a totally different experience. Information boards are very interesting.

Came on a soggy November day so probably not best time but have meant to come so many times before and not made it. Peaceful area not huge but assume there are walks around it. Must pay for parking as it is monitored but just 50p for 30 mins.
