If you want food, order somewhere else. 2 hours later, no food and the app says its been delivered. Not rhe first time they have been really slow. Seriously, save yourself grief and order elsewhere

Don't order from this company! After recommendation from a friend, we ordered a takeaway from this company for something a bit different during lockdown. We ordered from them around quarter to seven in the evening and didn't expect the food to take too long (normal delivery times are between 45 minutes to an hour) however, after waiting over an hour and a half, we were told it was 20 minutes away so we held tight and thought it was just down to the fact that it was a busy night. After another 30 minutes, we called to cancel as the food had now taken two hours to arrive and we were past wanting anything to eat but we're told we could not cancel, which we were shocked about, but gave another 10 mins before we would put our foot down. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold, the burger buns were stale and there was an item missing. We tried to re-heat the food however, everything was completely congealed and inedible so unfortunately, it ended up in the bin. Obviously, this was extremely disappointing and we decided to call the restaurant and ask for a refund, which the man on the call happily agreed to and so we continued on with our night. Swiftly after this, we received a missed call from a man named Nigel, who I can only presume is the owner of the company, stating that he could come and collect the food and give us a full refund or that we could keep the food and have 50% back. I texted him back explained the situation to him about how the food was in the bin but he was welcome to collect it but we didn't hear anything back. Four days later I'd heard nothing back so gave the restaurant a call but was told Nigel was not there and he was the only one who could process a refund but he would be back on Thursday and the message would get passed on to him then. It is now Friday and after trying to get back in touch with the company, we have still yet to hear anything. Overall, DO NOT order from this company - absolutely awful food, horrific customer service and owned by money grabbers!

Ordered 2 times from this place! both on a Sunday and got the Beef and gammon roasts. delivery came within 25mins both times and the food was absolutely amazing on both occasions. Portions sizes were great also! Will be getting more from here in the future.

Don't bother with kfc or pizza hut for a takeaway, go here. Amazing hot dogs, great fresh food packaged and delivered professionally.

The food is amazing! We had a roast dinner last week, definitely one of the best I've had and plenty of it to! Just finished a burger and again really delicious. This is a hidden gem, we will be coming back more often. Everyone really needs to check out the food in this pub.

I had a family gathering provided by the Runnymede Catering and it was absolutely amazing! The chef is really friendly and funny, made the whole family laugh at one point of the event. The service is excellent and the food was really delicious too. I recommend and will use their services again.

Ordered burgers from here via uber eats/ just eat. So surprised when it arrived in all recyclable packaging and gourmet burgers inside, huge portions, absolutely delicious, a new family favourite will 100 percent order from here again, all I would say is they could make clearer which burgers are vegetarian on their online delivery apps but wasn't so hard to figure out! Loved every bite!

The Runnymede catering team did an amazing job for my Christmas party in December! Their staff were really friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and all served at the planned time. The event ran very smoothly, all thanks to their excellent work, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had Runnymede cater a buffet for our wedding and the food and staff were fantastic! The only issue, and this could have been disastrous, was that they said that the buffet was served using gas but when they arrived they said they needed power, and a lot of it. The meal was being held in a marquee in the garden, but luckily the best man is an electrical engineer and was able to help. The electrical wire we used however, was not designed for the amount of current and we were ultimately taking a risk. Would highly recommend but make sure that the source of power is 100% confirmed beforehand.

As an event manager I used Runnymede catering for the first time for a very special event and I cannot recommend them enough. Rajesh and his team were fantastic and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Thank you so much and wouldn't hesitate to use Runnymede again in the future!

Reliable and priced to suit the pocket. They have catered three events for me including a wedding with 200 guests and each time they have always impressed everyone. The food and presentation is always highly commended by guests and a talking point. All the staff are dligient and cater to every need. Top guys who give it 110%

I recently came to know of this place serving south indian cuisine and was surprised. Honestly, we have gone past this small cafe many times before and most of the times it would be closed; so we didn’t bother much. I visited along with my family last weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the chef/staff and also the taste of the food. We had a dosa, vada and also took away biriyani to have it later at home. All of it was simply amazing and tasted brilliant. Even better than some of those fancy Indian restaurants that we have been to before. And they are now open everyday from morning until very late in the evening. So, this has become our “go to” restaurant for both dining in and taking away (we live like a 5 min walk from the gogmore park). This is right in the middle of the gogmore farm park next to the basketball court. They have a few tables outside under a shade and we prefer dining there when the weather is a bit decent. The prices are very nominal too, you can have a good meal for just a fiver. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you like the south indian cuisine!

My team and I used Runnymede catering for a special charity event recently and I would definitely use them again. The canapes were delicious and amazingly presented and their staff were attentive, polite and hard working. I couldn't recommend Rajesh and his team enough!
