This cabin is a wonderful addition to my home. The quality is excellent. The hardest part is making a base for it. Once that's done make sure you read the instructions carefully. It took me 3 days to build on my own . The only help I needed was to put on the roofing felt. My grandson helped with that. I now have an amazing office and hobby room.

Very good service from initial order to delivery. My Terminator log cabin was delivered on a day to suit me and everything was in the pack instructions were easy to follow and lots of helpful video's available on YouTube. Took me two days to fully construct. Now in the process of adding personal touches. Would Highly recommend Dunster House.

I have built my Terminator Grande Cabin 6.5m x 3.5m cabin, i say i built it, it was actually me and my builder 😂. I love the cabin, but would definitely recommend getting a builder who knows his wood. Putting it together wasn’t too difficult but you will need to tease some pieces together as some timbers were warped and twisted. It wasn’t a nightmare getting them to fit but it did require some know how ,G clamps and such, to get them into position. I went with Barratine Wood Preserver in Golden Brown for the main cabin and Ronseal Satin Walnut Stain for the windows and doors. The delivery was great. On time. I have to credit to tracking the delivery i refreshed my delivery screen every 10 minutes and could see the delivery being updated on the map. The packages, what was what, was explained in good detail by the drivers, they were a lovely pair, made me laugh. Customer service by the Dunster house prior to purchase was spot on, Honestly can’t fault them. Many Thanks Nikolas W he was super knowledgeable and a big part of what actually led me to pull the trigger on this behemoth of a cabin. There are quite a few knots in the wood. Not the end of the world at all but still, Less knotty please. 😂 Would i recommend Dunster House. For the price paid for the value you get, absolutely. I’ve already recommended Dunster H to my electrician who wants one for his garden too. Forgive the rubbish paint job i have developed a new respect for good painters/decorators. I have some skills in life……. staining wood is definitely not one of them.

Just finished building our new Pub Shed and now find we all spend every night in it and having so much fun. This is our second log cabin from Dunster. The first one purchased 8 years ago and still looks like new. The quality of these cabins is second to none and they look fantastic. Our Pub Shed is 5x3.5 metres so it's nice and big. We fitted it out with fake grass carpet, an exercise machine, dart board, 9 in 1 games table, 2 two seater setees, satellite tv, drink optics and of course the included pub bar.

Fort arrived early, nice polite delivery drivers. The fort took 2 days to install, that includes a bit of replanning. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. We copied the instructions and laminated them so they didn’t get ruined. It is very sturdy especially if you cement the anchor bolts in. We ordered the telescope, steering wheel and climbing wall rocks. We also ordered the additional baby swing seat. The quality is excellent and blends in well with the garden surroundings. Very happy and a good little project. One thing to mention. Make sure that the ground you are placing it on is level and not sloping. There are plenty of YouTube videos that are helpful and the customer service at Dunster House are very obliging and answer your queries. I am glad I made this purchase as my grandson has a smile from ear to ear.all the time he is on it. Thanks 👍

Ordered our Gazebo in the January sale and erected it in April. I’m really happy with the Quality of the product and how clear the Instructions are to put it up although I do have to admit I did get professional help Who said it was the best Gazebo they had Ever put up. With electricity now in and lights and heater installed and furniture in place it looks and feels great. I am now just waiting for the canvas sides to be manufactured and delivered which will finish it off for use in the colder days and nights.

I needed a replacement sealed unit for a side panel to French doors installed in 2020 in our home gym after it was cracked by a stone thrown up by the lawnmower. Dunster House were very helpful, looking up the dimensions from the original order even though it had been archived and then supplying the the new unit within a couple of weeks. I wish all companies were as attentive with their after sales service when there is only a low value order in prospect. I highly recommend the company and its products.

Excellent product and after sales from these guys. We purchased additional Panels to make a bar and adapt the gazebo to our own design. Always very helpful on the phone and all delivered when they said and plenty of notice. More than enough fittings to complete the job and straight forward instructions. Will definitely use Dunster house products for our next project. Great value and quality.

avoid!!! order arrived with broken and missing parts,which you can realise only while you are building it. thier customer support doesn't work on weekend when I was building and until today I haven't received missing parts which I had to source myself in local shops! they also left a big mess and rubbish on my driveway without asking even if it's OK to leave it there. also don't believe in 10 days delivery time, they just want to get your money and then will bore you to death with emails, but not offering any help or even sending misting parts!

We absolutely love the quality of our gazebo. Delivery was flawless and the guys so helpful. The plans were easy to follow and we are really happy with the quality of the whole structure. We use ours as the perfect pre school outdoor classroom. Love it!!

I ordered the Terminator 2.5m x 3.5m shed with double doors and single window. This shed along with extras was a very reasonable £3.5k. The shed itself got delivered on the 20th April 2023 and was delivered about 2 weeks after date of purchase which was not expected but much appreciated after a potential 4-5 week wait that was instructed by the company. Everything arrived and was in good condition all be it some warping and bending in wood but that is always expected with such dry timber but the delivery persons were very friendly, chatting to me while they unloaded the truck and helping to place it in the best area to make sure it wasn't blocking my garden path. The building was erected by myself and my farther (professional joiner) and took about 3 days total build time which did include creating a level base structure on day 1. Assembly was relatively straight forward and easy although I'm sure less competent persons in building may struggle with certain features. I.e. Windows and doors being framed in. The instructions could do with a bit more step by step guidance. Once built however the building was exactly what was needed/required for what I want which is a bike workshop/ home gym. It comfortably has fit a power rack with cable attachment and a full fledged bike workshop to one side. The staining process of the building, which must be done by yourself is a long and arduous process which took two days with just myself doing the work but has left the building looking stunning (hazelnut waterproofing stain used). Again someone less competent or confident in themselves may struggle with this as there is NO instruction on how to complete this process. All in all a very good and reputable place to buy a garden shed/building from. It has been fully constructed for about a month now and looks great and functions exceptionally. The web site made it so easy to purchase the window in the size and design I wanted and once ordered I was kept up to date re delivery. On delivery the window was perfect to the specifications I ordered and the quality was excellent along with a very good price. This pergola arrived when promised and in excellent condition. None of the various parts were missing. Ideally, it takes two people to erect..but I was able to do so by myself. The instructions were comprehensive...and I'm very pleased with the results. It is robust and elegant and relatively easy to assemble

We had our 4x3 Apex double-glazzed cabin delivered in September 2020 and I've converted it into a Bar/snug. It's absolutely brilliant and perfect timing with all the hospitality lockdowns that we had, it has been in near constant use pretty much since it was completed.

Atlas 6x3 pergola from Dunster House, Recommended. Chunky good wooden kit that’s easy for a couple of people to assemble. Really pleased.

Bought a thunderdam porch from here to go on the side of the garage ... great quality, delivered exactly when they said it would, all elements arrived together and fitted together perfectly. Good quality wood and looks great now it's assembled - I would say it's a job in excess of a competent diy person ( maybe that's just me ) Would definately recomend though

Easy to install. Very well engineered components. Delivery driver very helpful. A bit disappointed about the skirting boards provided, will install my own selection. Otherwise a great value for money. Would recommend
