Freshly made waffles, good size, enough fresh fruits, with good amount of vanilla fresh ice-cream. My kids rated it best in bedford town. ( we Eat-in, served nicely and good customer service) enjoyed our time.

There are plenty of dessert restaurants around Bedford, and now one of the most recommended ones I’ve been told is just as bad as the others. I decided to order American Pancakes through deliveroo - and while I wasn’t expecting the presentation to be great, I certainly wasn’t expecting this… for £8! Uncooked. A mess. And I’m still cleaning up the sauce spilled through the cardboard boxes. I won’t be ordering again

Absolutely disgusting service! We ordered almost £50 worth of deserts and waited over 2 hours for the delivery. When it arrived 4 out of the 5 items were incorrect / items missing and the warm items were stone cold. When we phoned to bring the issue to Creams attention, after being hung up on twice we were rudely told to take it up with Deliveroo. Deliveroo DID NOT prepare the food, Creams DID and to be hung up on twice and spoke to in a poorly manner by their phone operator is disgusting and totally unacceptable customer service. Deliveroo have been made aware and 100% will not order again from there. Avoid!

One of the best places to have dessert in bedford. Their waffles and cookie dough are the best. I have tried the bubble milk tea which they have introduced recently and it tastes amazing. The staffs are so polite and the service is excellent.

So far Ive visited three cream cafes at different locations so I can compare. My first visit was in Luton followed by Bedford then Edgware. At all locations the stuff is friendly and welcoming. Luton and Bedford have plenty of seating space while Edgware the seating is little. The selfie podium in Bedford didn’t send our photos to us and the toilet floors were wet. Other than this the desserts are delicious and the potion sizes are big. I look forward to visiting other locations

Nice creams cafe. We asked for an almond (milk) cappuccino and they didn’t understand - they said they make a normal cappuccino and bring almond milk separately. Not entirely sure how that would work for vegans or people who have an allergy 😅 We had to go up a few times to ask for tap water. Food was good and as expected. There were 9 of us and they got our order right.

After a late gig by Sting at Bedford Park Saturday night my wife and I were desperate for a nice non-alcoholic drink and something to eat - we came across this lovely cafe and we’re given a lovely reception by the waiter followed by wonderful chocolate cake, ice cream and tea. Very friendly and welcoming owner and staff. Really appreciated indeed.

The best creams in the uk. The service is impeccable and the hygiene is also excellent. The deserts are fantastic much better than any of the other branches in the area.

I don’t tend to leave reviews, however I don’t like to leave bad ones either. Been coming here pretty much every other week, customer service is poor. I only go back because the deserts actually taste nice. A shame really as me, friends and family won’t be coming back here. However if they brushed up on customer service skills the place may be okay.

Awful experience from this place today. Made a order for doughnuts and they arrived destroyed and melted in the box. When I phoned the restaurant they made excuses that they must have melted with driver and took no responsibility. It's very hard to believe they would melt to this extreme. The restaraunt cut the phone off and never answered any of my calls. Please BOYCOT this place as level of service is disgusting

Ordered 4 milkshakes and the ETA was an hour and 15 minutes. Ridiculous. Tried to contact them repeatedly to ask how accurate this was (as they would end up arriving at midnight) but line was constantly engaged. Also ~£30 seemed excessive for milkshakes that weren’t particularly impressive. Tasted good but not worth almost £7 each.

We always enjoy a waffle at Creams. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that you took off the menu the Apple Crumble Waffle... my fiancé's favourite flavour. He is very upset 🙃 and I have to deal with him...

Great dessert place! The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful if you go with a non specific craving for dessert & need some guidance lol. I normally order from here to pick up and eat back at home. The red velvet cake is reaally good with custard. I'd definitely go back here again!

We came in at about 11, after having dinner somewhere else. We wanted to try Creams as it looked cool from the outside, but don’t let it fool you. First we sat down, and for some reason the workers kept staring at us. Only after I stared back did they stop looking. It was really off putting. Then we went to order our dessert. You pay first which isn’t a problem. Worst 7.95 i’ve ever spent in my life- the waffle tasted of cardboard, wasn’t warm and just wasn’t good. It definitely wasn’t fresh, and tasted as if it was microwaved. The chocolate sorbet tasted of ice, and was overall a horrible dessert. We were so disappointed, but as we had already payed not much we could do. If you want a good dessert that’s worth your money, don’t come here. Bedford really does lack a good dessert place.
