Don’t trust them, always check your order before leaving premises. I ordered the street party bucket and they intentionally took off the popcorn chicken, I don’t why but the inscription on receipt did not include the POPCORN CHICKEN but the order includes popcorn chicken. I called them 4x but there was no reply and had to travel there for clarification and they said it was a mistake but I think it was deliberate. Also their fried chicken is very salty, the recipe is totally different.

Shocking!! Floor littered with food, rubbish on the tables. Had to wait over 15mins for 4 items. I had to ask a member of staff to clean over the table amd all she did was push it off the table amd onto the floor KFC NEEDS TO BE WORRIED is this is thier new standards.

Poor customer service waited 10 minutes for food only to find mould on arriving home went to report to store,got refund for burger only despite getting meal,no explanation or apology from manager(that's if he was management) completely ignorant staff you can stand there for 10-20 minutes waiting to be served,(if you dare to go inside), priority seems to be given to delivery drivers who barge past customers demanding there delivery by leaning over the counter,staff with long hair(more than an inch) not wearing hair net,not wearing gloves while handling different food items, TOTALLY IGNORANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Without a doubt the best KFC I have ever had. Incredibly fresh and delicious, fast service. Clean too. Only downside were the female toilet cubicles were the smallest I've ever seen. I had to step over the toilet to get through the door and close it behind me. I'm only 5'4 and average build. Anyone bigger than me would not have gotten in there.

Drive through and Dine in is perfectly blended in this beautiful space. Good service is the highlight! Never to mention the quality of food served as it taste the same everywhere else in UK. Rice basket was superior with zinger chicken was fresh from the kitchen. Dips was also good! The coffee from KFC always sucks👎

Went here during an England ladies game and it was packed, with a queue of 30people outside as it was so full inside. I ordered on the app, went inside and luckily managed to get a seat for my son and I. Service was quick despite the volume of business and the food was fresh and tasty.

Using uber Eats you can forget that you will get your order correct. Maybe 1 from 100 of orders is correct. Problem to count to 10. Missing of full combos, when you order bucket its always less items That's the end of KFC! Last time I ordered

I’ve ordered 4 times from this brunch. And 2 out of 4 times they missed some of the items. First time they missed it, I tried to call them but no one answered and I just let it go as I was thinking it’s a mistake, let’s just forget about it. But it happened again and this time I tried to call them 10-11 times. Everytime phone was ringing 3-4 minutes but no one bothered to answer. I’m never gonna order from them, and I’d suggest everyone not to order from this brunch.

They gave me half a wrap and I ordered a full one and my friend ordered mayo and got none! This is outrageous as I paid a good amount for that wrap and only got half and they put mayo which I didn’t ask for.

Great food. Well cooked chicken and chips. Slow service definitely not fast food. The quality of the fried chicken msde up for the wait. Would definitely go back. Great hot coffee

Very bad upset stomach four hours after eating Chicken chips and warm beans. Asked twice for certain pieces of chicken and ignored then told not available and then swapped by hand

Fantastic service. I took my two sons . They don't eat legs so the lady made fresh chicken for us as they only had legs left. Food was nice and tasty as always and kids loved it. Thankyou
