Be careful buying your fish from here. Bought a few recently well 5 fish and all 1 but died within 24 hours. The tank has been set up for over 10 years and has weekly water changes etc. Dont think they look after their fish in this shop anymore which is a shame. Called to discuss and the company won't admit any fault whatsoever. Rubbish customer service.

Rude staff with no knowledge. Disappointing really as the actual shop is OK. Zero understanding of consumer law and poor customer communication level. Recommended that this place is avoided.

Worst selection of fish they have ever had and the fish they do have are overpriced for quality and size. The tanks and lighting do not help as it washes them out completely. Occasionally have bought a few nice tropical fish from here. Staff members never approach to offer help, when you do ask they are not very enthusiastic or friendly. Very disappointing

Yet again let down by this pond outlet! I would give them zero, but can’t? Purchased 3 fish at weekend, put in pond of other healthy fish. One stayed near the surface for a day and then died the next. All other fish fine. Tried asking for replacement, but they make it so difficult not worth the hassle or time. They want the fish back , plus water samples, once you have gone back two or three times, you will have spent more in petrol. They have done this to me before many years ago, and I have heard of others with same issues. My advice, don’t buy fish here.

Love going here, we go at least one a fortnight to see what new fish they have. Customer service is first class, staff especially the manager is very knowledgeable and you can have a great laugh with everybody there. Prices are reasonable and I have never had any problems with their fish. They offer a free water testing service if you think you have anything wrong with your tank and give you great advice if they find anything. Keep up the good work 😊

Decided not to comeback here after picking up some fish, wanted to return and complete my tank, staff came across as dismissive and rude, with the exception of one lad who was very knowledgable and helpful, disappointing really, felt really uncomfortable, decided to head to the branch in Dobbies,Bletchley, bigger selection and staff much more attentive.

Good place to buy fish. Very knowledgeable staff. Always think about the fish health. Never try to push sell. Only downside is price is higher that pet's for home

Pretty good LFS. Good range of live stock. Reasonably competitive pricing to. Very good and friendly customer service. The range of plants is now quite poor though. Which is a shame as it used to be very good. I recommend a visit if you keep tropical fish especially.

The staff do a very good job, and do their best to accommodate everyone. Regarding the guy who said 'Dead fish', I recommend he tries counting the total number of fish on the premises. Fish are not immortal, and some will die. Just unlucky that a customer saw it before a member of staff. I think the guy who said 'Dead fish' would not be able to count the number of fish on the premises as he would run out of fingers and toes to count them on. BE REASONABLE.

Thank you Daniel for fantastic service today! The staff are knowledable and always easy to chat to. I keep popping back for different things and love wandering around the shop as it has a great atmosphere. All fish I've purchased from here are thriving and doing well.

This is my 'go to' for fish. I always deal with Yvonne. She is very knowledgeable around the fish keeping hobby and provides and excellent service. I popped by and picked another 7 fish up on Sunday and was great to see her back as she had been furloughed. This branch has a good range of fish, plants, ornaments, wood and foods.

Got most of my tropical community tank bits here, as well as 80% of my livestock and plants. Only ever had issues once with illness but didn't chase it up with the shop so not sure what their response would have been. Good prices and good stuff
