Went in with wife on 15th September. Looking at buying a pram for soon due baby. The lady working upstairs in the baby section was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was to much as she explained, showed and answerd our questions. We will be back to buy our chosen pram soon. Unfortunately I can't remember the employee name. But the date and the section I was in should help narrow it down. I hope Smyth's toys owner see's this. The staff member deserves some recognition for what a great service she is providing.

Not the biggest smyth's toy shop we have been to but selling the usual popular selling items. the carpark is shared by other nearby stores and the exit point out of the car park could do with some sort of traffic lights to turn right at busy times a few mobilaty parking bays are by the Store front staff are helpfull and frendly

I’m really into Five Nights At Freddy’s so please add more figures like the ‘Nightmare Figures’ & the other ones please, I really want the nightmare ones, Furthermore, this is a great shop.

Great selection of action figures went in for WWE and AEW ACTION Wrestling figures.

Great shop with such a good range of products for all ages, from before the baby is born, like prams and tech for the baby room, to games for above 16. And very organized. Staff could be more friendly.

Smyths in Luton - fantastic service from Sarah when looking for a car seat. She was so helpful and so enthusiastic. Explained everything clearly and fitted the seat in my car. Thank you so much Sarah, I shall be recommending this store to the family and I will be returning again

Mixed experience. Wanted to buy two bikes but the chap on the phone (who apparently was the bike man) was very keen to tell me how busy he is and avoid giving me any realistic estimation when he could do a setup ... So we bought without the build, even though we wanted it and would have happily paid. Turned out we had a fault with one thankfully spoke to the helpful outdoor manager, Tom, who arranged for the bikes to be brought in and checked out and sorted properly - the 2 stars are for Tom and the folk in store on 09/09/21. Unfortunately the lost stars are down to that initial chap (first impressions and all that) and the fact the bikes has issues - but I accept this could happen with any item so not too fussed about that at the end of the day. Tom and team, thank you. To grumpy bike man working on 08/09, just be helpful to customers please. We don't know what we don't know!

I was quite nervous after reading bad reviews but it was a nice and big store the person who dealt us was also very supportive and helpful, helped us select the first bicycle for my kid and let him have a try in store. Thank you 😊

A mistake was made, when I purchased a Game & Console Bundle. The Game was supposed to be a download, I phoned the store and spoke to James who informed me a mistake was made and to return to the store with my receipt. So the Manager (sorry I didn't get her name) to make up for the mistake gave me a free Hard copy instead of the download code, she told me a few times that it's costing the store £50, so I knew what she did for me. I appreciate that, but honestly telling me one time would have been enough, for that you lost one star, because my time and inconvenience is less important to you. Would I return, or continue giving my money to Amazon, ...not too sure.

Pathetic staff, don’t understand who hires these people. Had to ask 3 times for help before leaving the store with no help

Tried to return a car seat and was shouted at by staff. The manager just watched her do it. I had to tell him to stop her! Members of staff came as they thought I was the one shouting and they still just watched the member of staff carry on. Then the manager dropped the car seat and still didn't refund me! I had to resort to making an online complaint to get my money back. Avoid the luton branch as they're very aggressive and not helpful at all. If the store got shut down I wouldn't be surprised as it's poorly run.

There’s no reason to do shopping at this store as long as you have many other Smyths options! I am sorry I am crucial with my review but they deserve it! I was told that if I open the outer box, not the toys’s one, it cant be returned. However, i was able to return in another branch!

Travelled 240 miles (round trip) for a Razor crazy cart as Luton was the closest store in stock and would not deliver. Assured product was brand new never used, only to find it had heavy usage (scuffs, scratches, stripped wrapped around wheel and motor) and the product would not charge or turn on. Very disappointed child on Christmas Day, no offer of apology, but thankfully refunded without issue. Very unhappy when spending hundreds of pounds on an item for it to be in broken and used condition!

Adam (the manager) is very rude and incompetent i already paid £50 and he is telling me to buy something else from amazon instead of replacing a faulty controller. He Was racist. I believe he Was under influence of drugs. He didn't even check it. Please don't buy any electronics from this store. A person like that shouldn't have a role like that

Rubbish store and rubbish customer services and over the top prices. I could find much better and much cheaper toys on Amazon and EBay.
