Cannot fault this place at all. Perfect location, Beautiful Views, Modern decor. Everything you'll need provided there ready. Looking forward to going back already. We stayed at the Fitzwilliam which for us, will be the only lodge we will stay at now when we return, as it offers more privacy than the other 3. Best lodge i've stayed at to date, and we stay at lodges/log cabins all the time. Looking forward to going back again this year.

We had a really fun and relaxing long weekend here - four women in our 20s for a chill out break. The lodge was very comfortable, great facilities and both indoor and outdoor space was great for relaxing. We loved the hot tub, it was clean and easy to use - sitting in the tub with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, overlooking the lake (and it's happy family of geese and goslings!) was blissful. The beds were so big that we were very comfortable sharing as friends, I didn't even notice there was anyone else in the bed! Would definitely come and stay again, we had a great time and felt it was very good value for money as well.

Had a lovely stay here this weekend. Clean and tidy rooms, everything you need provided, with the exception of fire logs - which is fairly enough I guess. The only minor issue was in the room is a fly zapper type of light on the wall. Which is probably needed in the warmer months due to be right by the water. However its absolutely filthy, full of dust and hundreds of dead flies and other insects. It could do with a clear out. Apart from that the rooms were lovely and the water pressure was great in the showers. Underfloor heating works a treat and kept us comfortable the weekend. Would stay here again.

A truly relaxing, peaceful and beautiful getaway. We ordered a grocery delivery in advance which was conveniently unpacked for us before we arrived. The entire lodge is fully furnished, it is very clean and the hot tub is maintained regularly. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of our stay. Thank you for such a lovely experience. We will definitely be back!

Luxury lodges fully equiped and in a peaceful lake setting. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub even under the stars.

Absolutely fantastic.Beautiful Location with a lake and swans/ ducks. All the items you need are in the cabin which is extremely well stocked (even a glass holder on the bath). Very quiet area as you drink your wine in the hot tub.. A place you want to visit again

I have honestly not felt so relaxed. Such a lovely place, very relaxing on the lake. Had planned on going out every day but we found it that relaxing we stayed in!! Lovely surprise having the Xmas tree up. Pillows and duvet were so comfortable felt like sleeping in a cloud!! Will definitely be returning.

Second time going and again a beautiful experience. The location the cabin the decor spotless and clean. A very comfortable clean cosy place. 100% recommend anyone for a good relaxing place to visit Cambridgeshire lakes. And the hot tub with a view is all you need

We just had a wonderful weekend in one of the lodges at Cambridgeshire lakes. It was amazing, the lodge its self was perfectly equipped and the view over the lake was beautiful. We will definitely be back xx

I'm hesitant to post a review since I don't want it to be booked next time we stay! We absolutely loved our 3 night stay this past weekend. The property itself was easy to navigate to. The level of privacy is perfect and I hope it continues to stay that way. It's lovely, secluded, quiet, peaceful, and overlooking the water it's just so serene. The ducks, swans, and geese all feel at home and aren't really bothered by us visitors. The cottages themselves are perfect. The beds were comfy, the AC in the rooms worked well, the living and dining area was very well appointed. The bathrooms...what's not to love about those tubs and showers? My criticisms aren't even criticisms, just considerations for future improvements: 1. Not that we generated a ton of trash, but we could not locate where to dispose of excess on our way out. May want to clarify where that is further. 2. The orientation of the grill at Peterhouse did make it tough to use during periods of high wind. I'd consider relocating it as the wind would blow up through the rear of the grill and extinguish the flames. 3. While the hot tub was 10/10, perhaps having the ability to turn the heat off during periods of outdoor heat or while we're incredibly sunburnt to cool off would be welcome. Though I understand there's probably some energy efficiency stuff at play here that I am unaware of. 4. A spice rack in the kitchen. I'm not sure if this is feasible for sanitary reasons, but having a small bit of basic spices beyond salt and pepper would be appreciated. If we need another quiet getaway weekend, we're booking at Cambridgeshire Lakes without any hesitation.

Stayed for 4 nights with my partner the owner and staff were brilliant.The location and lodges are absolutely stunning, do not think twice about booking this any time of year you will enjoy it. Cannot fault any aspect of it what so ever the perfect staycation. I shall be returning for longer next time.

Been there twice in 2022 and have another visit planned in 2023. The team are amazing and the cabin and grounds itself is everything you need to escape from the world for a bit. Cannot rate highly enough.

This is the best staycation property we have stayed in! The lodge is stunning and of a really high quality, no expense has been spared. The outside decking space is equally lovely and the views across the lake are stunning! The owners are such great hosts and very responsive to any queries. Location wise there are lots of nice days out nearby including Wimpole Hall, St Neots and Paxton Pits. It’s also well placed for a day trip to Cambridge or London. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for a great stay!

This place was a dream. The hot tub was great and we loved ever bit about it. It was 4 of us and it was plenty of space. The kitchen and bedrooms had everything you need to feel like home. Plus they have amazing board games to choose from. Will be back!!

Awesome place for four days I felt as if I was at my own home. Everything you need in the house has been thought of, you just enjoy it. We had a beautiful nature walk for two hours and felt like we were born again. We wanted the last day to never end, we were very sad when we left. See you again, my second home.

What a beautiful, peaceful place to get away. Fantastic lodge with all you need and a hot tub. Set by a lake surrounded by trees and wildlife.

Just come back from an absolutely fantastic Easter weekend away with my partner. If your looking for a peaceful and quiet get away this is the place to go! Great for couples or families. Amazing views, amazing location! The lodges are set back from the main road which is nice and you drive down a rural track which adds to the experience. They are very well equipped and have everything you need. The few nights we stayed here, we had the best sleep ever. Super comfy beds! Every part of the lodge was amazing, there was nothing to fault at all! The bedrooms have air conditioning which we loved. We spent majority of the time In the lodge and time still flew by! Sitting in the Jacuzzi watching the sun go down was the best part! The hosts are excellent and always happy to help if you have any questions. It was such a shame to come home but we will be back in the near future! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Just back from an amazing Easter weekend here. The lodges and locations absolutely outstanding. We were so lucky the weather was stunning too. Everything is thought of and nothing missed out. The lodge and surrounding area was immaculate. Really private layout even though there’s four lodges. High end finish throughout. My only one thing would be the bed was a bit soft and springy for us but I get that mattresses are just a personal choice but in no way was it a bad mattress or detract from our stay. The kids loved it too. Thanks for the Easter egg and Prosecco on arrival, a lovely touch and we will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

This place was totally beyond all of our expectations. Simply beautiful setting, that is utterly peaceful. The lodges have every comfort. I would not hesitate to recommend, we would love to come again.

I had a wonderful stay with a couple of friends for a relaxing weekend away for my birthday. We ordered a supermarket delivery in advance which was all unpacked for us by the time we arrived, which was a lovely touch. The setting was so picturesque and relaxing. We booked a pub lunch and planned a walk one day but ended up cancelling that because we couldn't tear ourselves away from the hot tub and the view! The kitchen was well equipped and we had lots of fun cooking. The lodge was so comfortable and had everything we needed. I will definitely be coming back!
