Staff were very friendly and helpful. Doctor was kind and took the time to explain everything properly. As someone who doesn’t like needles they did a great job to make me feel comfortable.

Can’t rate this GP high enough, it’s so hard to find a doctors that care, have friendly, welcoming and understanding staff, but upper Beaconsfield gp have all of these things! Doctor Puneet recently carried out a procedure for me and he really makes you feel like you’re in good hands. He is very knowledgeable and a fantastic doctor. He was happy to answer any questions I had and go into thorough details about aftercare ect. Will be my regular doctors from now on!

Incredible practice with phenomenal, kind, understanding and caring doctors and staff. Always so friendly and ready to listen to you and any issues. Incredible with children and elderly too. Highly recommend.

its was great, I say this as I am not from around here, I live another 2 hours east from here.And have found myself recovering from a operation, so not being able to travel Well I was really out of it so to speak ,so i didnt want to be messed about. but right from the reception my insecurities were allayed. the lovely young lady at reception sorted me out ,and within no time at all i was seeing Dr. I would also li k e to ectend my gratitude to the two workmen who assisted me.What lovely kind people you hsve im your village. It is indicative of having a caring ,and great Drs service in the village.Obvious to me that we are all engraced with a great Dr s service. Hope this all makes sense.

While I usually have appointments with Anshu, when she is not available, I am equally confident to book in with Puneet & sometimes even get another way of looking at things. They are a great team and the practice provides access to a wide variety of other medical services, so I always feel well looked after.

Dr Punnet is very thorough with his examination. He asks all pertinent questions & is very patient with all patients concerns.

Both Dr Anshu and Dr Puneet are thorough, efficient and care about their patients. They take the time to answer and provide understanding to any questions I have, and are patient with children. I highly value this GP practice and will always travel to see them as our family doctor!

It was my first visit to this practice today. I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff at reception. I didn't have to wait too long until it was my turn. As a new patient, Dr Anshu made me feel very comfortable. She was geniunely interested in my past medical history and background, along with my current health concerns. Her compassion and caring nature were evident throughout the consultation, with no pressure to rush. It was a very positive experience, with a feeling of trust and understanding established already. I'm looking forward to developing a relationship with Dr Anshu as my regular GP.

Puneet is one of the smartest doctors who have an excellent knowledge and skills to understand his patients problems to guide through most appropriate treatment. He listens to the patients very carefully.

This is a small friendly practice that manages to keep to its timetable. This minimises wait times (even though the waiting room is pleasant enough). I’m really happy with the Doctors’ professionalism and strongly recommend UBGP.

Welcoming receptionist, I was seen by doctor in a timely and highly efficient manner. All care was taken and doctor clearly explained required treatment and possible follow up in an interested and knowledgeable fashion.
