The cabin was great. Looks even better than the photos. The amenities were fantastic and the view wonderful. I booked it for two nights and was privileged to conduct a wedding ceremony for my youngest daughter. All our guests were highly impressed with the cabin as well. If I ever have another family gathering in the Hocking Hills area, I will definitely reserve the cabin again. I highly recommend Cedar Grove Lodging. 👍👍

We stayed in Deer Run for two nights for my wife’s birthday. The area was wonderful, the hot tub was nice. However, I would have expected better at this price point. The furniture (chair and sofa), kitchen, bathroom and cookware feel like they are from the 90’s. The floors should be deep cleaned and curtains washed between visitors. The brunch box was disappointing, like Holiday Inn continental breakfast threw up in a box.

Porch pooch approved! First long weekend trip with our retired racer. Kashew rates Cedar Grove "2 paws up." We've returned to Cedar Grove many times on and off thru the years. The cabins are spacious, clean, and offer close proximity to Hocking Hills sightseeing as well as Logan, Ohio

DO NOT BOOK. Management is terrible and does not fulfill their contract. My sister was married here in 2022 and there were several property issues including active construction on the outdoor ceremony space where the venue was aware the wedding was planned and promised to take place. The grass outside was unmowed (including by the ceremony space and the decor promised from the venue was not given. Catering arrangements were made through the venue using one of their vendors and it was not confirmed by the venue and there was no food delivered. The restaurant was called by the venue and less than half the food paid for was delivered over an hour late and half cold. Not all guests received dinner at a 100 person wedding.

My partner’s best friend was married here this past weekend. The wedding and the venue was absolutely amazing. We started with loss of power and a change in location (due to rain/a storm), but the venue/coordinator handled it well. The lawn/scenery was well kept, the bar patio was clean and decorated nicely, the other patio was perfect for the wedding, given the last minute change, with clear audio, and the inside was sparkling gorgeous. This venue included a bar, kitchen, dressing room, bathroom, open concept for hosting events and plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this location for weddings and/or any other events. If I had to say one not so good thing it would be in regard to the limited cell phone signal, but the Wi-Fi was fairly strong.

We rented the venue, Cedar Hill lodge, and a few other small cabins for our wedding in April. We had such a great experience. The staff was so helpful and responsive. They made sure our stay was nice and relaxing. The cabins have everything you need and more. The venue is stunning and so is the scenery and walking trials. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

I had my wedding at Cedar Grove, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff who works there are so nice and made the day go so smoothly. Lara was absolutely amazing to work with. If you are planning a wedding or any other event please consider Cedar Grove! (The cabins are also amazing to stay at!!)

My wife and I went down for a 3 day weekend. The cabin was great! Clean, private, and had all the necessities. It's located very close all the places to go hiking, restaurants, and the spa is just down the road as well. The hot tub was clean and refreshing with the mild weather. Back porch and front porch were awesome as well. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience and time at the cabin! They even returned my binoculars that slide under the dresser!! I would highly recommend
