Booked an phone appointment for my USG where I spoke with a receptionist named Scott and explained what and how many USG I needed. I also mentioned him I had two referrals. He gave me the amount needed to be paid as I didn’t had Medicare. So then I went in and handed him over my references. Then he said there’s two references so I have to pay more. I said No. and he kept going on about how the other radiology would charge me $500 for that and they were cheap. Then while I was omw out he was talking about me while I was was still there with other colleagues. He is one of the rudest person treating their customers like that. Just because of Mr. Scott- the receptionist who’s the first contact of any customer, I’m giving this place one star and will never visit this place again. A very unhappy customer.

The worst Radiology experience I've ever had. Rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I have been to many Radiology clinics, this place is hopeless, couldn't find my Inguinal Hernia using ultrasound and claimed I didn't have a Hernia despite it being visible to the eye. I went elsewhere and they spotted it Immediately. I've now had surgery. Avoid this business as they are rude and a waste of time. Very unhappy with their service.

celia was so lovely , she was so attentive, answered any questions I had and just overall lovely. I'm not the best in medical settings and she made my overall experience feel at ease, comfortable and told me to let her know if I felt any discomfort or pain. Reception staff is also very polite and informative. The centre is very clean and very new looking, reminds me of a beauty spa. :)))) Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to get a scan done.

I attended for an X-ray late Saturday morning. I found friendly staff, a clean practice, zero wait time, results were back to my GP by Monday & there were no out-of-pocket costs! Absolutely amazing service & I will definitely be using these guys for all my Radiology needs in the future!

The place is amazing, they always have hours available and affordable prices. The bad things is that the toilet is not inside the centre itself, so you have to use the toilets in the shopping centre. They tell you that they will send the results to your doctor in 3 business days, but they never arrive and it’s the doctor who finally has to ask for them (this is the second time this has happened to me).

I did exams in Precise Radiology twice times and I had an excellent experience. All team is really kind and thoughtful, especially Scoot. For sure I recommend.

Honestly couldn't be more impressed. The service was second to none. Felt like first class! Really nice people too. Also felt like it was a day spa it was so relaxing in there 😂 great they are open on Saturdays too. Will be getting all our scans from here from now on. Thanks, Maddy

Firstly what a beautiful space they have created. The receptionist was polite, knowlegable and got me a booking very quickly, the radiologist /technician was lovey and the the overall experience was a pleasant one and I would return for any future radiology needs.

Great radiology located in a convenient place. Friendly staff and professional service. Equipment looks very new. Walked in for an X-ray and Ultrasound scan, did not have to wait and results came back very fast.

I phoned at the end of a day and got in super quick- the next morning. Staff were friendly and thorough. A much nicer experience than other places.
