We had them sell our home in an amazingly quick time and for a lot more than we anticipated. We had the pleasure of dealing with the owners(Paul & Gina) directly and of course their amazing team. We then decided to rent for a while and this lasted 3 years but they found us the perfect home to accommodate us and having a large family this home suited us perfectly. The Property Manager Kailey was wonderful to deal with and any issues, of which we had a couple were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Professional service with great market knowledge and timely communication I have been with P&G for two years. I am very impressed with their professionalism and the service they provide managing my property. P&G property manager, Kailey, recommend excellent market rates and got tenants in promptly. Not only does P&G thoroughly check tenant prior to rental, they provide additional advise if potential tenancy is going to be problematic. Kailey has also navigated the difficulties of a VCAT hearing despite previous property management poor advance notification. I cannot give anything but praise to all the property managers from P&G involved with looking after my property.
