staff
service
was
very
bad,
today
i
am
buying
the
nespresso
coffee
then
a
male
staff
came
by
and
ask
of
what
machine
that
i
use
and
i
said
i
use
other
brand
machine
then
he
rudely
say
i
think
is
not
compatible
and
take
away
all
my
items
in
the
bag
and
say
“
you
wont
need
this
anyway
ill
take
it
for
you”.
The
thing
that
he
do
it
is
fine
where
he
was
trying
to
help
us
to
know
that
is
not
compatible
but
the
way
he
say
and
took
our
items
is
a
very
unpleasant
experience,
is
this
the
nespresso
service
for
the
customer?
the
quality
of
service
is
like
a
low
budget
company,
i
am
not
enjoying
buying
coffee
in
nespresso
and
i
am
not
coming
back
again
to
nesspresso
emporium.
Then
when
i
directly
research
and
i
found
that
my
machine
is
compatible
with
nesspreso,
so
i
think
the
staff
need
more
education
about
a
coffee
machine
and
stuff.
After
that
i
go
buy
a
couples
of
coffee
then
he
come
back
again
to
ask
and
buy
more
of
nesspresso
coffee
but
because
of
a
unpleasent
experience
of
his
service
i
wont
buy
again.
If
nesspresso
emporium
see
this
review
please
re-train
your
staff
especially
this
guy
the
word
and
tone
pf
speaking
to
cuatomer
is
very
rude
and
it
makes
unenjoyable
shopping
in
emporium
nespresso.
