    the staff service was very bad, today i am buying the nespresso coffee then a male staff came by and ask of what machine that i use and i said i use other brand machine then he rudely say i think is not compatible and take away all my items in the bag and say “ you wont need this anyway ill take it for you”. The thing that he do it is fine where he was trying to help us to know that is not compatible but the way he say and took our items is a very unpleasant experience, is this the nespresso service for the customer? the quality of service is like a low budget company, i am not enjoying buying coffee in nespresso and i am not coming back again to nesspresso emporium. Then when i directly research and i found that my machine is compatible with nesspreso, so i think the staff need more education about a coffee machine and stuff. After that i go buy a couples of coffee then he come back again to ask and buy more of nesspresso coffee but because of a unpleasent experience of his service i wont buy again. If nesspresso emporium see this review please re-train your staff especially this guy the word and tone pf speaking to cuatomer is very rude and it makes unenjoyable shopping in emporium nespresso.

    Every time I go here I feel like the Nespresso store is like an Apple store for coffee ☕️ Great service and you don’t have to wait long if you want to speak to someone. They let you try any coffee and explain details about the machine / coffee you choose. Soooo many different flavours available. I’m sure you will find something you will love. On weekends, they sometimes offer special cold coffee drinks. Try them out. Make sure you pick up a free recycling bag (or use your own) and return capsules to the store. They recycle them 100%. Save the environment! ♻️

    Absolutely horrible experience at Nespresso emporium today - 1 July 2023. Staff stood around and chatted with each other, no assistance at all to sssist in questions or further information. The girl making coffees at Nespresso emporium around 330pm has no customer service and attended to others whilst we were there waiting to try coffee first. No acknowledgment, no courtesy and no respect. Please don’t hire staff if they don’t have customer service skills.

    Very professional and refined store in the heart of the city. Even if you don’t like coffee you’ll certainly love the interesting presentation of this superb, up market store; even if you visit just to purchase the boxed chocolates “Milk or Dark”. This store is a marketing experience - liken to the “Apple store” of the coffee world. The machines make great coffee in an instant and there are many flavours and strengths to choose from. I visited to explore the fixing or obtaining a spare part for my ‘Lattissima Plus’ and Valentina was extremely professional a delight to talk with and went above and beyond to ensure my equerries were met. I even got to try the coffee of my choice.

    Nespresso what else… how about service. Today I went in to collect the coffee for our business on my lunch break. The location wasn’t busy there was about three people working on the floor and I noticed they were all attending to the 3 customers that were in the store prior to me. Unlike the old store there was no clear markings to where to collect your orders. So I waited up near the second espresso bar. Where I passed all three of the staff members. Not one acknowledged me even when I sat down a the bar to wait. When one of the staff who was supporting self service finished she didn’t even come up to serve me the English staff member that walked over with a customer to make them a coffee didn’t acknowledge me or noticing a staff member available. Call them up to serve me. So I made eye contact with the free consultant and they headed to the front of the store whilst the other staff member finished with her customer and headed straight out the back towards the front of the store. So I made way to the middle and asked could someone direct me to where I collect my order. She asked my details and went out to collect it. Service was terrible and as a business owner who has always provided Nespresso branded products at our business very disappointing.

    Very classy Nespresso centre. It's amazing how much good coffee has become an essential in Melbourne. The boutique has a huge range of pods for your machine.. and if you are a Nespresso member, they can remind you which are your favourite flavours :) It also sells coffee machines and associated equipment (cups, pod stands etc). They offer a recycling program for used aluminium pods - buy a post bag from them and simply fill it with used pods and post back to them.

    I always have a great, personalised service when I visit. The addition of self serve is amazing when you just wanna go and pick up what you need as a member. The coffee bar is always amazing if you need a quick pick me up or want to try something new.

    One of the gentlemen tried his very best to assist every customer, five stars for him. Not happy with one of the lady Iasked for help she brushed me off and look at me from head to toe (I guess I did not dress nice?) And respond to enquiry with very judgemental tone. All I can say is I will shop online from now on thanks!

    My Vertuo Plus Machine broke. I was advised it was out of warranty and got offered new machine for $143. The gentle man advised to reset the machine after four hours before placing new order. After trying I called back to place order and they did not honour the price (offered same day). I have been a loyal Nespresso customer with coffee subscriptions for multiple year and received terrible treatment by Marissa. Feel like cancelling it altogether.

    Even I have a Breville and two Nespresso machines at home, I still miss the beautiful coffee made in the shop and friendly service. Truly, the coffee made my day. The male assistant was so patient and assisted me found my favourite flavor. Absolutely love it. Thank you all friendly staff who are warmly welcoming and professional service. Strongly recommend to try and buy some gifts for yourself and people you love. Will return soon :-)

    Don’t ever sign up to the coffee club in store under the rouse that you will get $10 off or free coffee! We signed up and 2 months later no coffee!!!! Multiple message to Nespresso support and phone calls over the last 2 months ensuring me a delivery was on its way and even stating they would send a free order as an apology! Still nothing received! I’d rather buy my coffee elsewhere

    Went this afternoon to get a new coffee machine for a birthday gift and the staff was extremely helpful and patient with us while we were still contemplating which machine to get. He was very patient with all the questions we had! We then asked him if they do a gift box for capsules and he told us that we could customise it so we eventually chose 5 and he placed it in a nice gift box for us. He also gave us a box of samples to try and a free bottle to fill up the box nicely! We didn’t get his name but thank you to whoever served us at Emporium this evening! It was nice of you to explain all the different coffee capsules available so we could decide!

    Original sales assistant was friendly, personable and practical... but afterwards we ended up victims to a painfully robotic (predominantly irrelevant) monologue from the 'coffee lab specialist' or whatever they were called. We had identified a machine that fitted our needs, had had a look at the pod range and had then got to the main point of our visit... seeing if the taste, texture and general quality of the coffee product were to our standards. I ended up frustrated with the 'coffee lab specialist' (who didn't even bother to introduce herself). She asked 1-2 questions about typical home coffee consumption and then ignored our responses... she was incapable of editing her monlogue to actually provide useful info. We just wanted an easy to use espresso machine that makes decent tasting espresso shots. She lost me at the different fluid measurements for cups and mugs... and details of machine functionality (on a machine we weren't interested in). I didn't have the energy to wade through the marketing vomit. I excused us and we left without tasting the coffee. Too hard basket. Unfortunately, reminiscent of the last time I considered Nespresso... apx 5yrs ago.

    horrible customer service. seems like a bunch of young, inexperienced employees were hired with no training for products and what good customer service should look like. asked some basic questions about milk frothing and the employee answered nonchalantly “that’s what milk frother are for”. also gave conflicting information about the hot/cold functionality. couldn’t even bother to say thank you after I made my purchase after 20 minutes of no real help.

    Incredible experience and customer service from Kayla. She used to assist me at the Chadstone store, so when she told me she's now at the Emporium (far closer to home for me), I was estatic. Can always rely on her for a wealth of knowledge on nespresso products, service is always immpeccable and she really dives deep into the coffee experience. Will always shop at nespresso because of Kayla. Thank you.

    Me and my friend went into nespresso outlet at emporium and it was very disappointing. Just because we were in active wear and not wearing expensive clothes like other customers we dint fid any representative who would answer our query and after going and asking one representative she was rude and dismissive . Never going back to emporium store again and anyone who is going in I would recommend to dress up to nines and go otherwise they might mistake you as homeless.

    1. In-store experience:perfect experience, friendly staff, really helpful as well 2. Online nespresso shopping experience: recurring order never worked since June- early August. No one can handle the issue and get my coffee to the doorstep during that 1.5 months, and I have contacted Nespresso, through both online chat and phone calls for >20 times. If you are thinking about recurring order, PLEASE, think twice.

    Worst customer service ever! A bunch of scammers who keep charging you even after the end of subscription. Never get on a subscription plan with them, the customer service representatives are rude, unprofessional and scam artists, specially Jolanda and Moana who were so rude and asked me to shut up, were shouting at me.

    I just picked up my online order. However, the staff thought I was a delivery driver by judging the clothes I am wearing (I guess I was not wearing the appropriate clothing) and took me to the back of the store looking for the order which was not there because I was there for my own order. I even asked when I was at the back of the store that if customers can go in there because I was in literally shock. Then I was asked if I knew the address for the order and I am like “yeah it is my order, my house and I know my address .” Then they figured out that I was a customer not a delivery driver. Although I am offended that the staff thought I was a delivery driver, the overall service was good. Thanks again for a different experience.

    Ridiculous service I saw recently. We were about to buy the coffee machine and try the coffee flavor but the inexperienced staff told us to go to another staff and he went to serve to another family who already had coffee. If trainee staff serving another customer at that time , it make sense but he came to asked us do we need any help after he told us to ask counter to taste the coffee and he went to ask another family and served them. So funny what’s the point came to asked us.

    Okay call me old fashion but bring Collins Street George C ambience back to Nespresso-I recently visited the brand new emporium store and I felt like I was purchasing a car park ticket on st kilda beach . I am all for technology but come on, no service counter, having to wait for a representative to help you. If this is nespressos way of looking modern you certainly havent hit the mark. And your designers need to go back to the consumers and ask them what sort of experience they are looking for when walking into a store. Also, I wasnt even offered a coffee after spending $110 on capsules-

    We ran out of pods last week and ordered some delivered. My partner is an ICU doctor and needs the caffeine during this time. The delivery never showed up. I would not advise getting delivery; it's unreliable and it seems Nespresso don't keep their delivery service to account.

    This used to be a good store, but is no longer worth visiting. No more coffee tasting. None of the new varieties appeared to be stocked and the older variety I wanted I was told was only available online. Payment took waaaay too long. Nespresso has seriously downgraded their customer experience. I'll now just order online... or perhaps look at other compatible capsules.

    6~7 people wokring. So quiet and asked one of staffs that I want to have a new coffee sample so I can try at home and she told that they have to open new packages and refused. I just bought my own capsule and walk away. Do you think I will come back to nespresso again? Cut the labour and give customer some sample for new capsules. How do we know new capsule flavour?

    Went to the relocated store recently for the first time. Should have been a simple purchase using my own bag. Normally purchase online but delivery times have become too lengthy. I was directed to a machine that was complicated to use, the whole experience was worse then being at a supermarket.

    Usually order online but have been here multiple times and the experience was ok, but just experienced the worst customer service today. Went in the store and was told by Salesperson A that there's a special offer. By buying 13 sleeves of coffee, I'll get 2 sleeves free and an additional $10 off. At the self-checkout service, I was charged for all13 sleeves (thinking that I should only be charged for 11 sleeves) and there wasn't a $10 off either. So I asked Salesperson B, why it was checked out that way before I pay and she had no idea, so she asked Manager A and he had no idea as well and asked Salesperson B to check with Manager B. Manager B told Salesperson B to guide me to Salesperson C to manually proceed it for me at the 'normal' checkout. When I was at the checkout counter, it turns out that I won't get to choose the flavour of the 2 free sleeves of coffee and in addition, the $10 off is valid for the next purchase. Asking Salesperson B how long the $10 off voucher is valid, she checked with Manager B and told me that it doesn't have an expiry date. However, Salesperson C told me that it was only valid for 60 days. If you're confused with this review, I am equally confused. If you're going to make a promotion, inform your customers clearly about the T&C. 5 different employees, 5 different answers. Not sure who to trust.

    Very attractive store..tasting area is good.. we got chance to taste some flavours.. we bought new coffee machine had some flavours but didn't have 2-3 flavours so thought we can try there.. we tried.. everything is good just the tasting staffs are not so good.. may be they were busy or tired didn't feel like they are happy to give some coffee for tasting not smiling face nothing even they didn't ask about some sugar or if we want to try any thing else..just didn't like their presentation..

    I Love Nespresso, The Boutique is clean ,tidy and easy to see what is available.Staff are helpful.Coffee comes from renewable resources.And you can return the used capsules.So they can be recycled.The taste, and crema of the coffee is amazing.And you can try the capsules in store .So you can easily make your choice.All coffee ,products are of high standard.You will definitely return.The experience in store and taste will see you return time and time again.♥️?

    Refresh some of the older staff members, judgemental rude unfriendly. Keep the energetic young ones who are upbeat and courteous. You can easily ruin a brand image with bad staff.
