System
has
now
been
installed
for
a
month
and
working
great.
After
getting
a
few
quotes
from
different
suppliers
I
went
with
aspen
air
even
though
they
were
the
most
expensive.
Scheduling
the
install
of
two
days
was
quick
and
painless.
The
team
arrived
and
got
straight
to
work.
Last
day
of
the
install
I
arrive
home
after
they
had
finished
and
found,
nails
and
debris
from
the
removal
of
the
old
evaporative
unit
scattered
across
the
driveway.
Piles
of
plaster
dust
all
through
the
house
where
the
air
registers
were
cut
into
the
ceiling.
Inspecting
the
roof
space
I
found
broken
roof
tiles
left
lying
on
the
insulation,
they
had
also
cut
and
used
two
structural
mid
span
collar
ties
of
the
roof
frame
to
make
space
to
install
the
unit
and
also
used
as
a
base
for
the
chipboard
landing
the
unit
sits
on.
This
board
was
not
secured
to
the
rafters
and
wobbled
when
walked
on.
Controller
cables
from
the
dampers
to
the
central
control
unit
were
left
loose
and
scattered.
I
called
Chris
and
he
was
understanding
and
apologetic
and
organised
one
of
the
team
to
return
within
an
hour
to
rectify
all
of
the
issues
listed
which
was
done.
Next
issues
were
the
issuing
of
the
legally
required
certificate
of
plumbing
compliance
(
required
within
5
days
of
commissioning)
and
the
certificate
of
electrical
safety
(
required
within
30
days
of
commissioning)
The
certificate
of
plumbing
safety
has
been
issued
and
received
after
multiple
emails.
I
have
also
sent
multiple
emails
regarding
the
outstanding
certificate
of
electrical
safety
and
only
got
a
response
when
I
said
I
would
take
it
up
with
energysafe
and
the
VBA.
At
this
stage
the
response
was
they
have
emailed
the
sparky
requesting
it.
I
have
searched
the
energysafe
website
and
currently
nothing
has
been
lodged.
I
don’t
feel
it’s
value
for
money
given
the
headaches
encountered.
