I have been attending for around 3 weeks; as a complete novice. Each instructor has been very welcoming and inclusive. They are all so lovely but also push you to get the most from each session. Careful, continuous attention to detail is paid to every single person in each class. If an exercise needs modifying to suit your level of ability or due to injury; no problem. A good variety of workouts all on large TV screens. Lots of class times and quality equipment.

Just reached a milestone of completing 100 classes, so I wanted to give a shout-out to this fantastic studio. The entire team here is exceptional, making every visit a joy. Their extensive knowledge and attentive care for their clients are truly commendable.

Cata and Sandy are absolutely lovely people. There's no judgement or anything when you attend, they're always smiling and welcoming, and you'll know you're safe and supported! If you've never tried Pilates before (or even of you're a seasoned pro) I definitely recommend you try here! 100% top people! Jon's not bad too hahaha that burn! I love coming here for some good workouts and banter! Plus what a view!! That window and those leafy treetops give a gorgeous vibe! Just do it!

I’ve loved my time at Studio Pilates. The instructors really take the time to make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly whilst also making you feel comfortable and confident. Reformer Pilates might be the only form of exercise (besides running with my dog) that I actually look forward to. After 2 months I’m already seeing and feeling a difference.

Studio Pilates north Adelaide is a great studio to work on your entire body especially your core safely. This has been fantastic for me with a weak pelvic floor after having children. The staff are caring and very supportive no matter what your fitness journey is.

The instructors are very attentive and are happy to adapt exercises according to your limitation / injuries you might have. They also identify where your weaknesses are and help you improve on them. What a Top Studio!! Sparkling clean, a bouncy vibe and varied routines. Instructors take a personal interest in us and make sure we get the best out of our pilates every class we take. I wasn't sure what to expect from Studio Pilates. I had felt intimidated at gyms in the past so I was a little apprehensive, but the experience was lovely! The ambiance is light and the instructors very supportive and encouraging. I've finally found a workout I actually enjoying doing :)
