The employees are incredibly polite at this location! I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here. I had to figure out a few rewards that were on my app and John was very helpful. The young men that handed me my sweet tea and sauces were so courteous. I love great customer service and this location knows how to offer it!

Ordered the yogurt parfait that comes with granola... well yogurt was super runny and instead of granola I received charred tomato crispy red bell peppers! Ick! Very disappointing when you leave a drive thru thinking they got your order correct only to realize when you are miles away :(

Food was great as always, the cashier must have had a bad day, usually the employees are all friendly and cheerful, this time it felt like hospitality is not in their playbook. Maybe management needs to be more inspirational and create a more fun work environment. Just felt odd.

I have never been to a bad chick-fil-a and this place was unbelievably better than the others I'd been too. The staff were amazing and really on top of things especially with the trash that was full and the tables being clean. I mean very friendly and fast - they had someone in place in the eating area if anyone needed anything. It was a busy location but they were on top of it all.

Took them a long time to acknowledge I was waiting on my Mobile order. Until I asked one of the workers, my order had been ready and just sitting there. Several workers standing there and managers walking by. Acknowledge people that are there to pick up orders mobile orders and greet them!

This experience was terrible. The waffle fries were burned to a crisp very very dark brown. I got a chicken finger on a un toasted bun. Tables throughout were filthy. No one checked while I was dinning in. There did not appear to be any leadership on duty. The staff was behind the counter cutting up. One female seemed to be harassing a guy and saying "you know you like it"...

Consistently awesome! Got a mess of nuggets for a meet up at Langtree Live. Money every time! Who doesn't love nuggets?! Get you some! Pool party, lake daze on the boat, tailgate, patio party, etc. You'll never lose showing up with Chick-fil-A!! Highly recommend!

Really good and of course... really fast. I try to stop here whenever I cross state lines to NC. It's not better than all the other chick filas. just my favorite.

I was shocked when I opened my bag and this was all the fries I received. The bag was sealed with a sticker so theses no chance someone ate them. We pay too much for this! Last week I got a spicy chicken biscuit and it was so tiny everyone else was laughing at me and saying sorry. This CFA location isn't the best.

We always love Our food at Chick-fil-A. Servers at drive thru window are very friendly respectful and polite. We sat in car in parking lot and enjoyed the view overlooking trees, and a Gorgeous sunset!

I never thought I would write a bad review, but it has happened to me several times when ordering breakfast on Saturdays, I normally order chicken minis on my mobile app, each time I do it earlier around 10:05, the line It's very long!!! I have to get out of my car to scan my code, otherwise it takes up to 30 minutes to get to the scanner! and I lose the breakfast order! !! after waiting in line for 35 minutes; I talked with the manager a she said sorry you must be earlier!!! Really??? And do the line again to make a new order! So move the scanner to the beginning of the line!!! it's no fair that you make us wait so long to not get what we ordered!

This Chick-fil-A is just like the one in Talbert. Awesome new look after renovation and the service is great. I got my food fast and the employees were very kind to me. I highly recommend it you are getting a quick meal and for some excellent service.
