    Very disappointed ☹️ not fried, very oily and soggy, when asked from them to cook it little bit more they refused and say how it is my order should be , my kids eats only one half bite of chicken piece and throw up while drive back to home, now they hate kfc what they like to eat before , pls don’t serve weird disgusting chicken 🐔

    At about 9pm on 16/2 we came through the drive and made an extremely complicated order with multiple modifications for a large number of people. The person who took our order got it 100% right and the people who packed the boxes were 100% on point. I promised I’d leave a review and here it is. Good job everyone!

    I can’t say the customer service was bad because there was 0 customer service to begin with. Just a bunch of kids pumping out orders. Conversing between themselves. No-one wanted to be there. Have some pride & take yourself seriously. Nothing wrong with the food. Which is a plus. Embarrassing.

    @liambenett_275 was a very helpful LAC. He had my order packed before I loaded into the lobby but didn’t give me any serviettes😡 he was very polite and even gave me a complimentary slurp juice and led kit. I ordered a zinger chipster but got charged 69,000 vbucks⁉️ overall would come back and do recommend

    Very polite and professional service thru the drive thru, my bad to not ask for napkins and, wipes or a utensil to eat my mash potato or coleslaw. Chips and chicken was great. Zinger burger is uneaten. Old bitter lettuce, dry chicken and a dob of Mayo...☆☆☆ stars.

    We always placed our orders via app and pick up through drive through. The wait line via drive through is slow at times. Love KFC, but the food can be a mixed match. We ordered a number of thing yesterday but they chuck everything in one small bag. By the time we arrived home - within 5 mins, our wraps, burger, gravy were all wet as they placed them on the side..

    Run by kids that don’t care. Never get take away orders right. Always leave something out as they know no one can he bothered to drive back and get the missing item.

    Very disappointed 🙁. I bought 10 wicked wings 20 minutes ago but I’ve received 9 and the chicken is oily, not hot and not crispy. The service is quite good but the quality is very bad!

    Called after a messed up order, duty manager only cared about blaming the trainee on the window. Trainee took the correct order twice (as I checked) and the trainee didn't undercook the chips.... So what is the manager even there for?? obviously not to ensure competence of team members or train them, let alone customer satisfaction...

    Chicken was dry and missing that beautiful crispy coating I crave every now and then. Maybe because it was a public holiday the chicken sits longer? Not sure.

    Quite disappointed with KFC, we bought 3 pieces of hot and spicy boneless chicken for nearly $7 and got the tiniest pieces worth 50c each. Like how is this even possible? This tiny piece ain't worth $2, KFC already making millions and you rip people off, people shouldn't have to ask for certain things and sizes etc, because you've decided to change the menu or something. This could be a chicken nugget.

    The chicken is not free range. Customer service is young kids have got no idea. You walk in shop. then walk up to counter. what is the first thing you see. staff members sitting on milk crates playing with mobile. Now you cannot order a meal deal unless you have an app this Kentucky Fried Chicken is just forcing people online so they can sell your details to other people like third parties if I can't get a meal without an app I guess I won't be using KFC's

    It's a KFC. Terminal ordering. Food was ok. Order correct. Dining room pretty dirty with numerous tables needing a clean and wipe.

    Above excellent help given by 2 Managers last night. Thank you so much for saving my Autistic son’s birthday dinner. We had our Menulog stolen by our driver. A birthday dinner worth over $80 never arrived. We eventually went to the restaurant. Thanks to the staff on July 2nd.

    Luck of the draw. I’ve had some fantastic KFC feeds here, and some very unfortunate ones too. Sometimes very fresh, sometimes evidently been sitting there for hours.

    Service is usually surprisingly quick but sadly the quality as well as the heat levels of the food is hit and miss. In fact I've never has sufficiently hot food from there but it's been mostly tolerable. I expect nothing less of these places. Most people would be happy with what they get there though

    Bought a wrap and didn't realise this location made it with coleslaw (I'm from the country). The staff were so helpful and polite. Couldn't recommend them higher then 5 stars but they deserve way more. Made our day. Thank you 😊
