Mine was an incredibly smooth experience from scheduling to seeing the nurse and the PA-C. I got exactly the level of care I expected! I was able to schedule the appointment less than 2 hours in advance. My data was transmitted successfully. The urgent care accepted my out-of-state insurance. The nurse and the PA-C were kind, knowledgeable, and exceedingly helpful! Thank you!!

Excellent medical expertise given with care and attention. My sutures were removed so gently that I forgot about my injury. The PA, the nurse and the office attendant were truly professional. I highly recommend coming here if you need medical attention.

PhysicianOne in Waltham is our go-to for all urgent care needs. Every member of my family has gone and every time we’ve been seen quickly, treated with respect and left reassured, during what is usually a rough time with acute and unexpected illness. We can make appointments easily and the staff from the front desk, to the nurses to the physicians are all wonderful and knowledgeable. The facility is also very clean. I strongly recommend their urgent care services.

Great service. I book an hour early in the morning for removing stitches and it worked out really nice. Staff and doctor were super nice. I am not giving 5 stars because they don't have parking for bicycles. A bike rack would help a lot!

I search in apple map to find an urgent care near me. This place was only one in the beginning I was able to book an appointment even before entre my name so I was sure where and when I must go next. Other urgent care pages wanted to register first which a patient who wants to go to urgent care cannot do it

I had an excellent experience with PhysicianOne Ugent Care/Waltham. The staff was friendly, professional, kind & PATIENT! Setting up an appointment online was quick & easy. This was my first time ever visiting this type of facility & I would highly recommend this location. Thank you!

Best and easiest experience I had with any urgent care by far. The appointment reservation process online is fast, the check-in process is easy to do online as well. I felt heard by the staff when discussing my symptoms; they were very professional and helpful.

PhysicianOne Urgent Care appreciates that empathy is a vital element in providing exemplary patient care. The staff approached me as an individual, and not a disorder or a statistic. They listened to my concerns and treated me as they or their precious ones would want to be treated. Thank you so much for a great patient care experience!! I feel better already!

We live in the South and I am visiting my parents. My 5 year old got sick on the way.It was extraordinarily easy to get an appointment and file insurance paperwork. Everything about the visit was timely and professional. All of the staff were wonderful treating my daughter as well. When I am in the area I will certainly use them again if needed.

Fast, pleasant and helpful. I was a walk in the day after Thanksgiving. No real wait. Positive for COVID but wore an N95 mask. Every one was lovely.

I was seen quickly, they did an eye test and found out I had a scratched cornea, and gave me my treatment. Thankfully didn’t have to wait very long. They did what I was hoping they’d do and were very efficient.

The entire staff from receptionist to nurse and physician assistant were excellent. They showed great care and true concern to help you. They were all very patient, kind and supportive. Sarah, the PA was especially helpful and complete in her assessment and questioning. Outstanding care all around.

The process was great, waiting time was minimal. The only thing I didn't like is my prescription was never sent to CVS for the meds they prescribed. They gave me a copy of the medication and showed the CVS address but nothing was sent to CVS.

Upon arrival the receptionist was pleasant as well the intake nurse! She asked pertinent questions and seemed interested in helping diagnosing what might be wrong👍🏼 However once the doctor came in the experienced changed! This person never introduced himself as the physician nor did he have any identification indicating who or what he was! I was confused as to whether or not he was actually a physician or nurse practitioner 😳 He did prescribe medication but seemed disinterested for the most part😳 Possibly he was just having a bad day🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve been here a couple of times and always had a good experience. They’ve gotten me or my children taken care of quickly and gotten things over to the pharmacy right away. With the kids they’ve been patient and compassionate.

Everyone was very nice and professional. But when I went around noon an they said an hr wait, did i want to make appt? I said ok. I came back at appointed tome 2:15 and wasnt seen until like 2:30-2:45. There was no one else there. What made it worse was the staff was clearly taking a break and the receptionist kept getting out of her chair turning around to participate in convo. What annoys me now as I write this is she didnt check me in until 2:45 ish so the locations metrics wpuldnt show how long i was waiting. I get it, everyone except CEOs and Wall Street are overworked. But come on... #1... teach you clinics to be more discreet #2... have the operational efficiency metrics people loosen up so clinics dont have to game the system. Have lean six sigma gurus and beancounters actually work in a clinic for a week and experience stress. Learn why a bit of downtime together helps morale, tenure, customer sat and all else.
