Sakura Sushi was the best place to get food. It’s now no longer there and is ‘Sushi Purasu’ which is terrible in comparison.. not even Japanese. Very sad.

Food is reasonably priced, not too bad, the fried food is a bit too oily for my taste.

Excuses excuses it was so embarrassing the lady kept asking us every 2 seconds I can't hear you sorry. Stuffed up our order 4 times. Our sushi was constantly falling apart. The food was OK but wasn't the best.

1 person serving so patiently waiting for what was easily 5 minutes as the one person slowly made her sale and bagged up the food for the 1st person. She finally finishes then walks right past me to serve the next person who only just walked up.... disgusting. I asked if I was going to be served only to be ignored and ask the other person if they wanted anything else. Not worth your time or money

I love sushi but was disappointed when I asked for my roll to be cut up. Was told the chopping board had already been cleaned. It was 6.20pm and they are open until at least 8pm. Just lazy and not customer focused. 🤨

Couldn’t eat the chicken sushi roll, i had 3-4 bones in one small chicken roll! Chicken are not deboned and cleaned properly before they put it in sushi rolls. disgusting

Bought spring rolls but still had to pay for the sweet chilli sauce. A total rip off paying for the sauce which should be free with the spring rolls. Not good business...

I always find hairs in my food and it never seems to be fresh. The customer service is not great at all..and they take awhile to serve you. They don't provide you with napkins and when asked if it can be put in the bag they just give it to you and you do it yourself.

Amazing food with awesome staff I ordered online and they unfortunately didn't have what I ordered but they replaced it with something better as well as an additional roll for free and a lovely note explaining why and the food was amazing
