Legendary! We did the Alice in Wonderland and it was brilliant, from the second you first step in it is a ‘whoa awesome!’ moment. Big thanks to our host Carolyn and the few odd tips we had to buzz for. The whole experience was fun and professional throughout. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Did the great white killer today. It was amazing, had lots of fun. The rooms were nicely detailed and allowed you to feel immersed in the experience and story. Had Jack as our host, he was extremely friendly and kind! Helped us every chance he got. He even put on some Shania Twain for us :))) The puzzles were fun to solve and were quite unique and unexpected, they required some thinking but weren’t too difficult. If we were stuck the host would help us out and check in on us. Overall, 100% recommend going here! PS: Thank you Jack for sharing the fingernail story.

We played the Great White Killer with Emmanuel and Jack as our amazing Game Masters. It was a huge favourite. We had 2 experienced players and 2 beginners and still everyone had lots of fun. The shark tank theme is very South Auszralia and so creative. Loved the shark themed puzzles!!! Thanks for all ❤️

WE LOVED IT. We did “Down the rabbit hole” with 2 children, aged 7 and 11. It was their first escape room and it was an amazing experience. The clues were challenging and our game master Carolyn was funny, engaging and helpful when we got stuck. We really liked the caterpillar. As soon as we finished we booked again. Came to Escape Hunt late last night after absolute chaos with a booking from another place up the road. We had no booking here but the amazing staff got us in at 9.30pm for their Collectors Curse room. We had the best experience, the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The room was very well thought out, it was the hardest room so we didn’t escape but we were pretty close! After what was turning out to be a horrible nights experience, Escape Hunt saved the night and we will absolutely be back again to try the Great White room. Cannot thank you enough!!

This was our first escape room and we had a great time doing the Deadly Discovery rooms. Game-master Jazz was really helpful. Interesting puzzles and a good level of challenge. Looking forward to trying the other rooms.

I've been to Escape Hunt several times and had an amazing experience every time! The rooms are great fun & the manager, Jayd is always incredibly helpful & a good laugh! I also hosted a private event in the bar area there & he went out of his way to ensure we all had a great night! Totally recommend for anyone looking for something fun & different to do!

I have completed two escape rooms here and had a blast both times. These guys were so good to us too with sorting a COVID refund, which made me book again. Love the cool little bar and great service from staff. Especially the guy with the cool mo! I will be back.

This place was so absolutely fantastic and we had the best time trying to solve the secret rooms. Friendly staff and they take pictures for you when your done with your own little congratulations card. First time ever and would happily go again. Price is so good for what it is.

This was a lot of fun and the host, Jade, was very friendly and happy to chat before and after the experience. he was accomodating and wonderful. the puzzles were fun and of medium complexity to keep you on your toes The only thing i will say is that if you have any vision issues, this is not the escape room for you. the frist portion is not very well lit so our group had a lot of difficulty trying to see and read things - the lighting does improve as you go on so if you have a few people in your group with good eyesight then you are sorted!

Having never done an Eacape Room but consider myself pretty quizzical, myself and my wife threw ourselves into the hardest room and managed with but a couple of minutes left! (And only 3 clues asked) The challenge was perfect and had an absolute blast! The service was top notch and will definitely be a return customer! Appreciation to all involved!

My daughter and I had a great time doing the deadly discovery room! We got to the very last task before time elapsed. The staff said we were so close they’d let us finish, which we did. My daughter is 11 and she was able to figure out quite a few of the clues, it was heaps of fun 😊

We did the Alice in Wonderland room last night and the two guys who helped us out were just brilliant at their jobs with their helpful hints through the intercom when we needed it most. It's a great place to go with friends to have a great time. It feels so satisfying to solve the puzzles to unlock the next door, and the sense of accomplishment when you manage to “escape” the room makes you want to do it all over again. Definitely go with a group of friends with a variety of personalities, and have a drink or two beforehand, it just lifts the entire experience to another level of fun.

Update: did my second EH room, fourth for my two fellow escapees. The Collector's Curse, was the most difficult and we didn't manage to complete it unfortunately. Made great progress and only had a little help from Libby, Millie and Emmanuel. As usual the staff were fantastic and help set the tone well. Lots of fun, my only feedback would be they need more reliable torches ;) Lots of fun and looking forward to doing Timecops. ___________ My first escape room, with two more experienced people. Beth was super friendly and gave a gentle nudge when required. The puzzles were clever and not too obtuse, and we managed to clear it with seconds to spare (and a little help.) Looking forward to doing some other rooms soon.

What an experience!!! First ever escape room and it'll be something I 100% do again. I loved it, the story of the room was so fun and the staff were great.

Fantastic and exciting, been there couple of times and enjoyed both time. Very good welcoming and the atmosphere is kind of maze. The rooms are well designed to keep your brain working for an hour. We did it in 45 minutes, happy with that. Helps building better team work and creates fun at the same time.

Took my son and 5 of his mate for his 13th bday celeb and they all had an incredible time. They said the experience was amazing, challenging and a little bit scary but overall great experience and friendly staff as well.

Went there yesterday for my sisters birthday and it was amazing. The staff were super friendly and the girl that was learning was such a good person to vibe with. We ended up doing two escape rooms because the first one we did (The Great White Shark one) was too good, we got out with 30 seconds left, and we had to see if we could do another one (the mystery collector one). The man at the front counter was so funny as well, good vibes all around, every staff member fits the dynamic so well and matches everyone’s vibe which is incredible. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who lives in Adelaide or is there to visit. Would definitely visit again next time I’m here!!

Work team building 2 rooms. Winning by solving in 47 minutes. Other room not so fortunate. We all had so much fun.

Absolute great time with friends!! A must do for all I loooove board games and solving puzzles, so this place was a match made in heaven. I would tell everyone to give it a go - the strategy, the comradery, and the struggle... it's perfect My only advice to people coming, don't overestimate your ability - hard is definitely hard haha

First time users with two grandchildren 11 and 13. Took a while to get rolling and we needed a few clues to get started. Really enjoyed the experience and watching the children work through the options. Staff very helpful before and during.

Staff were lovely, Beth was our guide for down the rabbit hole. She gently nudged us in the right direction when we needed it. We managed to barely escape and had a fun discussion after about the room. The theme was pretty well done, a few red herrings that might lead you down a separate rabbit hole too! There was a colour puzzle where the colours were hard to distinguish, this could be easily fixed.

Really well run and managed. Kids loved it (10 & 11). Highly recommended and good value. Bring your reading glasses if you use them as some of the light is very dim and it makes it hard to read clues sometimes.

I had an incredible experience at Escape Hunt with hosts Jayd and Eilish! Their enthusiasm and attention to detail made the entire adventure exciting and enjoyable. They guided us through the challenges with just the right amount of hints to keep us engaged without giving too much away. Their friendly and professional demeanor added a wonderful touch to the whole experience. I can't wait to go back for another thrilling escape room adventure with them!

My partner and I did 3 rooms in one day and had an absolutely wonderful time, and escaped all 3! The Collector's Curse was wonderfully decorated, Great White Killer was rewardingly tricky, and Deadly Discovery was a close call, but still so much fun! We attempted The Deadly Discovery and enjoyed some challenging puzzles in a well designed room! We may have needed a couple of clues, Beth ensured we got just what we needed to work it out ourselves and escape with a couple of minutes to spare! Well done teams.

Fantastic way to celebrate a birthday with a group of mates. Great value and particularly fun for people who like to be active, enjoy a team challenge and are competitive! Highly recommend.

We had a great time doing the Collector’s Curse room. One of the best rooms in Adelaide. The guy who served us (i think his name was Jay?) not only had the most amazing moustache Ive ever seen but he was also really helpful and fun. We love going to escape rooms and this was one of our favourite esperiences.

Room was dark and the torch we found stopped working after a bit. Intercom was difficult to hear/understand. Several of the puzzles were quite good and the room was very nicely decorated, but the majority of inputs were word or numeric locks which were hard to see in the lighting. At the intro we were welcomed and told a good story but we were rushed out at the end. We did the collectors curse the hardest room with a magician theme and got 70% through. Told only about 6% success rate in this room and most of those succeed on the second attempt. I think 1 hour is not enough time for this room. We were given a 10% off voucher at the end to encourage us to return. If I do, I think I would try one of the easier rooms first rather than trying complete this one. If you want a challenge though, you might enjoy this one.

Staff were very friendly, we’re patient with us, especially with the young, new player in our group. They didn’t make us feel bad from taking hints or anything and were very reassuring to the newer players as well! Thank you Jayd and Libby for taking care of us and watching over us as we struggled through the puzzles 😅

My friend and I did the shark escape room and we loved it! I felt challenged (in a good way!) and was happy with the kinds of puzzles we had to do! The staff are lovely especially the person who helped us (I am so sorry I forgot the name). I will definitely come back for a different room!!!!

It was so much fun. me and 2 of my friends did the great white killer escape room and we almost made it to the end. the rooms all looked so realistic and cool. we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. will definitely go again. :)

Had alot of fun at this escape room place! The rooms were really intricate and fun to solve, plus the staff were extremely friendly and helpful if you were stuck on a particular section or puzzle. There's even a bar which is nice if you have to wait awhile for a room to be available. I definitely recommend coming here, especially you've never done an escape room before.

I loved the deadly discovery room! Overall great experience, the bar area is cool, the clues were well labeled and clear. Not to brag but we completed it in less than the 60 minutes. Also thanks to Beth for making it awesome for us!

Had so much fun doing my first escape room! The game master was super friendly, welcoming and upbeat. The room I did was too hard for my first one, but still super enjoyable! The room concepts are pretty cool and definitely get you thinking :)

My son and I attempted the Great White Killer room, it was challenging and fun. We decided that we will go again to try and complete the challenge as we were unsuccessful this time. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Would recommend for families but would also be fun with a few friends.

Have done 2 escape rooms so far at Escape Hunt and both of them have been challenging and a lot of fun. They are well worth the spend, rooms are setup with great attention to detail and it’s easy to immerse yourself in them. Friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. Hope to do more soon.

Went with a group of 4, completed 'Down the Rabbit Hole'. Facilitator was funny and gave some great tips! Room was fantastic! Thematic, great puzzles and challenging enough to our seasoned crew. Thanks for having us!

We've had a company team building event here and it was great fun. We ran out of time on the last task. I admit, it was my first time in an escape room ever. The tasks were cleverly designed and tricky to figure out, but asking the hosts for help was, well, helpful 😁

Very fun experience for both myself and my girlfriend whilst in Adelaide. We tried solving "The Deadly Discovery Room" but we were unable to escape. The riddles and tricks of the room were quite interesting and the staff were lovely. Although the elevator up to the third floor where they are situated is a bit sketch. Would recommend 9/10.

We have generally loved most of the escape rooms we’ve completed across Adelaide but Down the Rabbit Hole was by far our least favourite one. It had a lot of potential but unfortunately we were left disappointed and confused. A+ effort for the room concept and creativity, but the puzzles were a bit lacklustre and relies very heavily on finding hidden items in a very dimly lit room. I had to use my phone flashlight in order to see most of the items in the room. It would have been better if the puzzles were a bit more logical and cohesive. As with most escape rooms, there are certain furniture/items that are not part of the game and are clearly labelled. We were reminded this at the start, so when we saw a label on the sewing machine in the third room, we didn’t bother touching it as we thought it wasn’t part of the game (I couldn’t remember the label exactly but it was something like “something to be looked at only, not to be touched”). Unfortunately for us, the sewing machine did contain important items needed to escape so that hindered us and put us off. The room sound-proofing was very poor too. We kept hearing conversations from people from a different escape room which was very distracting and ruined the experience for us. Overall had a lot of potential but we were left disappointed. We recently completed the Great While Killer which we really liked so we’re looking forward to see newer escape rooms they come up with in the future that has better puzzles and design.

Escape hunt was wonderful. Loved the down the rabbit hole room. It was challenging but a lot of fun. Would definitely come back! Our host Millie was also fantastic!

Great time for 2 adults and 2 kids at Escape Hunt Adelaide. We really enjoyed the experience and both the 11 and 12 year old want to go back next school holidays. Didn't make it out of the room but it sure was fun trying. Friendly welcome by the gentleman on the desk and helpful hints from Beth while we undertook the challenge.

Great place. There’s a few things to change for it to be 5/5. There’s a colour combination in one of the rooms that the blue and green are way too similar in dim lighting and no one could actually get the clue correctly because of this. They need to clearly mark the blue and green. Also we were told we would get clues if running behind. We didn’t get any clues or help unless we specifically asked for it. So no one was worried in the group. But we should have been. Apart from that all good. Great location.

Lots of fun! I've never done an escape room before and they made it such a welcoming and fun experience. The lovely hosts were great at setting the scene and describing the goals. I'll be back to try again with a different room!

Amelie, Beth & Eilish were all wonderful Game Masters! We did the Collectors Curse and made it out with 15 seconds to spare! It was a great challenge but still achievable thanks to some helpful clues from our attentive Game Masters! The room itself was very well designed and the plot was great fun with an exciting theme! Thanks for having us, can’t wait to come back again to do a different room!

My friend and I tried our first ever escape room today. This place is awesome! Staff are upbeat and friendly and welcoming. Game masters support players through the game as well. The puzzles are challenging yet entertaining. We had lots of laughs and made it through just in time. Highly recommended this place and can't wait to go again.

My 12 yr old daughter and I have been here twice and love it. We have managed to escape from Down a Rabbit Hole and The Deadly Discovery. We have been to other escape rooms in Adelaide and in other states and we really love Escape Hunt. The rooms are well set out and the staff are very friendly and helpful when you need a clue. Highly recommend for a fun day out, for all ages!

Went tonight with my siblings and partner to do the deadly discovery room! It was AMAZING! The staff are so so friendly!!!! We felt so welcomed and had the best time!! 100% worth the spend! Carolyn killed her first offical games shift (I think that’s what it was 👀) and Jake was awesome! I couldn’t talk more highly about this place, absolutely spectacular!!!! 10/10 will be coming back!!

Had a great time! The staff were super friendly (big shout out to James at the front desk who was hilarious and Carolyn the game master who went along with our groups silliness). The game itself was just the right level of hard and really immersive. The props and setting were fantastic. We stayed for a drink after, what a lovely environment

My friends and I completed the Down the Rabbit Hole room and our host was Jake! Not only was the room designed wonderfully, but Jake was a fantastic game master, very helpful, and wonderful at setting the atmosphere. Definitely recommend for a night out!

Jayd was spectacular!! First time for us four to do one of the rooms at Escape Hunt and it did not disappoint! Great White Killer was challenging and well designed, and we got out with five minutes to spare (with a bit of help from our Game Master)! Loved the comfy vibe. Will definitely be back!!

Can't wait for the new room I've heard about!!! A very good experience. Would recommend. Lounge very comfortable, will be back. Employee Millie bit me, but it eventually healed.
