Lovely little room but level of customer service is shocking!! When we arrived they told us that there is a surcharge on the payment via debit card, even though no one told us that at booking (yes I read the whole email and T&C’s) and there was a great big sign saying there was a 1.5% surcharge on CREDIT card transactions. Good way to make some cash on the side me thinks. Anyway, we think we left something in the room and called back a few hours later. We asked them to check the room and we received a call back to say they’d checked but not there. The girl didn’t sound like she understood what I was explaining we thought had been left. So I called back and spoke to someone else. I wasn’t rude, I simply said I felt as though the girl I had spoken to didn’t understand exactly what I was asking - well, this woman got very stroppy and got on the defensive telling me that she trusts her staff and she heard the phone call. I wasn’t accusing anyone of anything, simply asking someone to double check again as the item was valuable. Nice room but definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Also the service we received in the Lion hotel restaurant was less than average too. Seems the group need to think about a change of staff with better attitudes in general.

**Great location,Big spacious rooms**** but it didn't get any natural light and had to have lights on. Stayed 9nights and wasn't vaccumed or bathroom cleaned until day 8! towels were changed tho. Corridors were brick and open so found it echoing with other guests chatting and banging doors. ( Waking us at 6am most mornings on our holiday) Stayed through new year's where bar nextdoor had live music that backed onto our room. (We were informed and said all good) but our room had a window we couldn't shut behind a mirror that made it extra noisy and the room vibrated!! Lots of small things happened, sheet on the foldout kept disappearing, told no washpowder,but found some days later in vanity, wifi kept disconnecting. Was just disappointing 😔

The free metro bus stop is out the front which is great. Very easy to get to and from city. Hotel is also easy walking distance to plenty of bars/pubs/restaurants. The apartments have large kitchens and well maintained rooms

Great value for money. Apartments are spacious and equipped with everything that you require for a short term stay. A big thumps up for the service as the staff has been immensely helpful. It is a great location with few good restaurants and cafes around. The free city connector bus hailed from right infront of the property.

Great spot to stay, good rooms, easy onsite parking will be back

I stayed on the night of 30th November. The young man who checked me in was very unwell. He had glassy eyes and couldn’t stop wiping his nose with his hands. He touched the keys, my credit card, my phone. I had travelled alone in a car for 3 days prior, and was alone for 2 days after - I am fairly certain the terrible flu I got was from him. I ended up being sick for weeks, it ruined my trip. Imagine paying over $200 per night for the reception staff at a hotel to come to work when they have the flu, and give it to guests. The room itself was adequate, clean and in a good location. I won’t book again though, getting the flu from front desk makes it less than 1 star for me.

Friendly helpful staff, beautiful well maintained small 2 bedroom apartments with full kitchen facilities and very reasonably priced too! Also right next door to The Lion Hotel! Perfect weekend getaway or week long stay for interstate visitors. Short 2k walk to Adelaide Oval.

Great value stay in a nice location. Our 3 bedroom apartment was comfortable for our family group and handy to have reasonably priced parking on site. Also loved being next door to the very good Lion pub and some other restaurants close by on Melbourne St. Bus stop for free bus route out front was a bonus. Would stay again.

Good place is apartment,but im forget my hoodie in my room when i check out after 6 hour..i already call and email apartment for this,but nothing response..no way to come here again..i think this apartment no have cctv..

Great place to stay. Clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The internet was included but it did fade in and out regularly. It worked though. The free CBD bus runs right outside the front door which is very convenient to go to the market or the Rundle Mall. Underground parking was $15/day but secure and good to keep the vehicle out of the hot sun. The kitchen was well equipped but no coffee maker. There were half a dozen coffee shops within a block though so a quality cup of coffee was only a few steps away. Highly recommended overall.

Great apartments with everything we needed. Location really good ... bus stop for free service right outside the door. Reception were very helpful when we needed something for the room. One issue really impacted our enjoyment of the stay - people smoking right outside our window in the courtyard. :( The smell came all through the apartment on a day when it was perfect to have the windows open and the aircon off. This should be made a no smoking area.

This place isn't 5 star but its got nice spacious rooms in a quiet end of North Adelaide. Would stay again

Great apartments and well priced. Loved our stay and would go back. Great facilities in room, very adequate for anyone wanting to stay near town.

It was ok. Pretty disappointed I was travelling with my 4 year old and we were put in a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator -_- Otherwise, it was neat and good location. But $250 P/n was overpriced in my opinion.

Late check-in was off-site so quiet inconvenient. Room was OK but looking quite tired. TV remote did not work; exhaust fan was noisy. Good location though.

We stayed for New Years and they were very accomodating, beautiful room and gardens. They actually had an event and closed off the street for live music and beverages out the front and fire works at the end of the road for the event! Couldn’t have been any better I will definitely recommend to everyone!

Well appointed and comfortable. Needs a little maintenance on some things but overall not bad.
