I have lived in this place fore more than 14 months. It was an excellent place to live in but they are decreasing their quality drastically. The manager is extremely rude and not helpful at all. She will try to rip you off anyhow she can. They always nag around complaining about so many things that I did not do. They do not even verify when there is a complaint and sends in stupid letters to people. That is absolutely stupid. This place needs some younger staff members who understands, not some nagging old ladies.

Soon to be on the heritage list so that no one can change the front facade. Oh hang on , I've been looking at it 40years and it's never changed. Lol

I have stayed in this accommodation for two years. It's the ideal place for new comers and also for people who want to stay by themselves in peace. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The location of this place is so good one can get away without learning how to drive. Access to the Indian Grocery Store, few restaurants, Mc Donald's, Coles and Woolies are all just a matter of crossing the road. The O bahn facility makes this place more of a delight. One can catch the M44 bus and it's just three stops to the city. And if one misses the M44 then a 5 mins walk to the Tea Tree Plaza Interchange and there are several other buses. One can catch the bus as early as 5.30 am. There also Express buses to the city which go about without a halt in the early hours before 9 am approx and then in the eve.

A good place for newcomers. They don't require any bond.I have been living here for 3 months now. The building is a bit old but it has all the required facilities. It is located conveniently. Bus interchange and a shopping mall are just across the road. The overall experience really depends upon the floor you live and your neighbours. Staff is helpful and cleanliness is taken care off. Security is good overall but yeah the maintenance staff can access your room whenever they want to. That might be a bit risky.

Fair, clean with reasonable price! I have lived in this place for more than 2 years and I really like it. I have the experience of living in Urbanest(7 months) and Unilodge (6months), and Tvir is better than those places when it comes to the price and quality comparison. Unilodge and Urbanest have dishonest staff but I have found Tvir staff helpful, honest and fair. This place absolutely deserves 5 star reviews! The staff working here are very fair and not dodgy at all.

* This place used to be good, but now it's really bad ! There are so many parking issues,internet isn't good, staff is rude and they are under-staff most of the time. Lifts don't work, building has bad smell, toilets are really dirty most of the tine! Not to mention that building is really hot and they don't even turn on air conditioning unless it's like 40 degree and even then air condition doesn't work very well. Would never recommend this place to anyone anymore

Been staying here for a week now. Awesome place away from the town. Courteous staff, airy, clean and bright rooms. The city is easily accessible. Supplies for food can be got from the nearby tea tree plaza.

Well-cleaned, managed and maintained. have been staying there for a few months. Worth the fee.

Stayed for 2 years. Staff are friendly and helpful and informative. Strict rules which can lead to warnings. But I really enjoyed it. Great for meeting other students. I wish I could go back there. Easy to get to . A safe and secure place to study and meet other students.

Very nice facility. Secure, clean, quiet and continently located near public transport, hospital and shopping centre. Recommended!!

Nursing quarters for international students yet Australians don't have access....

Spent half of a year there. The place is well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is also friendly and always try resolve any issue on my floor. No complain from me.

Good place for short term and long term stays Everything is around nothing to worry about, Paid parking lots,public transport is 100 meters away, Hospital,Banks,Westfield is right front of it Hoyts cinemas Bars and pubs Woolworths and Coles Hungry jacks

Amazing place to stay for long and short term.staff is super friendly and rents are reasonable.they do cleaning of common areas everyday and location is walking distance to westfield mall.

TVIR is the best place to stay for newly arrived students. I have been there for 6 months. It has good reception and humble cleaning staffs. Very clean room, kitchen and rest rooms. 7 minutes walking to bus and very huge shopping centres. Peaceful to stay at TVIR. Thank you all the staffs.
