Staff are so nice a great selection. If ur lucky they may have a cat to look at and wonder " should I buy another one ". Just it is price but good quality best to join the club u get discounts.

Our local pet store. Staff feel like they're there to genuinely help instead of tricking you into buying things you don't need. They're quick to attend to your needs without hassling and are knowledgeable on the products stocked. Been going here for 5+ years, never had a bad experience.

I called the store today at 12pm asking if they had a product in stock as I wanted to buy 10 pieces. The person on the phone confirmed they understood what I was talking about. After work, drove there for 20 minutes to find out they did not have that product. And the attitude was the real added value to the whole experience. Can't wait for robots to replace this retards!

I might be biased (full disclosure, I work here) but this store is great! Large & well stocked. Two indoor DIY dog washes and staff from a range of backgrounds and life experiences, allowing for you to find the right person to help with any of your pet parent needs.

Has a HUGE cat selection and stocks a product called "vetalogica hemp clinicals". These are hemp treats for your cat and it's used to help calm a cat so if u have a nervous cat or rambunctious cat or even a cat with nervousness and nervous behaviour this is the perfect product. My cat was pulling out his own fur HIMSELF!!!!!! can u believe that I couldn't believe it when I saw franky do that to himself all because he was a little agitated because of covid I've been doing a few projects at home with seems to have upset him anyway a change to his diet and these to calm him down he's a whole new cat! His hair is growing back in and has changed back to black fur not white and its soft again and not feeling like straw. BE CAREFUL AND READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM TO YOUR CAT. U can only give from 2 to 5 to 10 per day depending on your cats weight. But it's a great product.

Very expensive compared to smaller pet stores. Not many fish to choose from. Dog products very expensive, shop around you will find better savings.

Expensive and the service is terrible by a couple of the staff. They can be very Condescending! One lady watched my mum carry a fish tank ( mum wouldnt let me carry it, as im pregnant) and as mum approached the counter the worker told my mum to go get a trolley thats at the back of the store to put it in????? Are you serious. How about move you do your job help her to the counter and offer to get her a trolley?? In the end I got my mum a trolley. This one girl thats always there with an accent, she really needs to learn customer service and how to speak to people.

This is not the first time that problems have arisen with the same Asian-looking employee... today she did not want to give me a 25% discount on dog food. I showed her my email that I had a discount, but she categorically refused until I started arguing..I don’t understand what problem she has??.. very bad service. unpleasant person

Attended Puppy School for our Kelpie Sandy and highly recommend Simone. She taught us everything and more, specifically to our breed. Worked amazingly in the group setting, meeting other puppies and also received so much one on one training and tips. It was great to see such a fast progression in our puppy, Simone made it too easy to approach challenges whilst at home and while training Sandy. Highly highly recommend.

Great service. Always friendly and very eager to help. Their knowledge & advice concerning our little dog was also very good. I especially love how the young sales person went out of her way to look online and match the cheaper price for my purchase. Thank you Prospect Petbarn.

Looking for a harness for my Maltese. I came across a while wall full of various types and sizes. Didn't really know where to start. I asked a girl who was stacking shelves but she didn't seem all that interested. She did suggested i get a small and returning it if it didn't fit. Sounded easy enough. She went back to her job. After about 10 more minutes of fiddling with different sizes and trying to imagine, Buster, with it on, another lady come over and after I explained the size of my dog, she showed me a couple of styles, sizes and opened them up so I could actually see how big they were. She was a huge help for me. I got a medium for around $80.. Thanks. 🦮

Went to petbarn bought Simparica Trio for my dog, I always check on petbarn website there was $ 85.99. I went inside the store Then I was ask the lady how much is it Simparica trio for 6 pack, She said 1 for $ 95 or 1 regular price and you can get another one for half price. I was said to the lady, I was look on petbarn website there was $ 85, then she said Yeah we can do the price as on advertised for $ 85. how there are different prices given by shop assistants and on petbarn websites. My advice is, maybe check first on website before buying in the store.

Very friendly staff is welcoming you when walking in. They all seem to be very young or in getting very old. The shop is like every other petbarn, petstock shop. Not cheap but a very good range of products.

Quite a large store and the staff are very helpful, friendly, and passionate. They seem to have answers and help on any question you can ask! There is a good range of fresh pet food in the fridges and a large range of fish. Even covers some of your rarer animals like reptiles with terrariums and also hermot crabs. A dog wash as wel!!

Perfect. Got my cat litter and cat beds. Both fulfilled nicely. Plenty of litter on hand and they have the biggest bags in terms of bag sizes. Have returned many times. The staff there are friendly and never seem too busy. Thanks 'guys '.

I’ve been coming here for a year since getting my bee puppy and the staff have always been amazing. Before Christmas the usual staff I see told me to bring my puppy in to get fitted properly for a walking harness. I was told they would size her. Put the harness in her and make sure it fitted well. Today I have come to do this and was told by a girl I’ve not seen before that she couldn’t do this in case my dogs had covid! The girl wouldn’t help me fit or try adjust the harness at all. Now my puppy is still without a proper walking harness and I’m very disappointed.

Poor planning & management of the dog wash facility. Sunday morning always has high demand & they had one of the dog washes closed & we were informed that there was an hour to wait for a wash.

I went to Petbarn to purchase Nexgard Spectra for my dog. The assistant was very chatty and friendly and told me what a great bargain I was getting - 40% discount on sale. For that reason I bought 2 packs - 12 months worth. When I got home, Iwas curious and googled other pet supplies. I then saw that if I'd ordered from Petbarn on line the product was $25 less than what I'd paid at 40% off!!!!! I went back to the store and was told that I should have asked for that before I purchased. On this occasion she would refund the difference but in future to ask first. I prefer to shop in stores as I believe it provides more jobs but in future I will think twice

Purchased online for an exceptional price due to someone's mistake on pricing but staff was friendly and efficient at putting the package together and quick response time.

We just completed the 5 week puppy preschool at Petbarn Prospect. Simone, the trainer, was very welcoming and knowledgeable and made the lessons engaging for both puppies and humans! The graduation at the end is really fun and great to see how all the puppies progressed since week 1. Great bag of goodies at the end too! Thanks Simone!
