The Telehealth call was just what we needed. We covered the issues we wanted to discuss and completed the paperwork required. Dr Duffy was prompt with his call and ensuring we had no other problems to discuss. He offered follow up if needed.

Our whole family has used this clinic since we moved here in 2014. All of the staff and medical team have always been fantastic. Particular shout out to Dr Parsons who has always taken the time to talk to us (as new parents) around issues like vaccinations and paediatric health generally. She also went above and beyond for myself during a particularly bad bout of health in 2020, making calls to both myself and other medical professionals out of hours. Highly recommended.

First time I've been there. Comfortable waiting area, friendly and efficient reception. The doctor who attended me was friendly and thorough. I'll have no reservations with seeing her again or attending the practice.

Can never say enough great things about the quality of care you get from the Doctor there . The reception staff are always friendly and understanding. Sometimes It is a bit difficult to get an appointment due to the quality of care .

Always have to be kept waiting . I have been going to this clinic for years and I think its about time they spent some effort in making the waiting area more attractive . The radio or back ground music is disgusting . The first thing the receptionist asks when you arrive is " How are you " In a Doctors rooms I dont thnk this is apropriate

Booked over phone for physio (same establishment) and they booked me in for one of their nine GP’s. No mention of the fact that ProPhysio does not exist anymore online or anywhere until I arrived for my appointment.

Been a patient at this clinic for years and wish I was able to rate higher as all the doctors I have seen are wonderful and helpful with all my issues. The reception staff however have been completely rude and unempathetic since day one. I understand that it is a business but the complete lack of care has caused me to seek further treatment elsewhere...
