be
mended-
multiple
little
rips
on
the
inside
and
some
little
snags,
not
rips,
outside
-
approx
4
,
maybe
even
6
weeks
ago.
I
have
just
picked
up
my
rug.
It
has
been
mended
on
the
outside
with
MASSIVE
CANVAS
patches!!!!
You
do
NOT
mend
an
expensive
synthetic
rug
canvas!!!!
It
has
also
been
stitched
with
ordinary
cotten
thread,
not
marine
grade
thread,
which
means
every
needle
hole
will
LEAK.
It
is
WORSE
than
it
was
when
I
left
it
there.
I
could
have
hand
stitched
it
myself
,
I
was
happy
to
pay
whatever
it
cost
to
be
done
properly,
have
now
paid
$50
to
have
it
rendered
absolutely
useless.
Not
only
does
it
look
terrible
but
it
will
now
LEAK
around
the
canvas.Even
the
canvas
patches
were
not
done
properly,
they
are
not
stitched
close
enough
to
the
edge.
I
cannot
even
replace
it
with
a
new
one
as
Euro
hunter
are
having
supply
problems
and
can't
replace
until
next
February.
I
have
had
to
waste
hundreds
of
dollars
buying
other
rugs
in
the
meantime
which
are
nowhere
near
as
good,
and
will
have
to
replace
them
again
with
good
Eurohunter
rugs
next
yr.
I
have
now
found
some
one
who
can
repair
it
with
synthetic
and
marine
grade
thread
as
should
have
been
done
to
start
with
,
and
am
STILL
without
my
heavy
winter
rug
in
the
meantime,
due
to
the
failure
to
communicate
with
me
about
the
time
it
would
take
and
my
obviously
unreasonable
expectation
that
the
job
would
be
done
to
a
professional
standard....As
well
when
I
enquired
about
the
time
it
was
taking
I
was
told
the
person
who
did
the
repairs
only
worked
one
day
a
week
and
was
up
to
her
neck
in
rugs.
Well,
don't
take
on
more
work
until
you
can
get
to
it
,or
at
least
tell
people
before
you
take
it
on
it
will
take
over
a
month
so
they
have
the
choice
to
go
elsewhere.
Owner
extremely
rude
when
I
complained,
no
apology
for
further
damaging
my
expensive
rug
while
they
incorrectly
"
repaired"
it,
no
interest
in
learning
how
to
do
the
service
they
offer
properly...As
well
I
had
problems
with
feed
delivery.
10
bales
of
hay
dropped
outside
yard
and
3
different
ridiculous
excuses
given
by
the
same
person
in
one
conversation
as
to
why
not
stacked
in
shed
as
I
was
told
would
be
when
I
ordered
them
.
I
suspect
she
just
couldn't
be
bothered.
PS
owners
response
to
my
pointing
out
that
the
rug
repairs
were
all
done
with
the
wrong
thread
and
will
now
have
more
leaks
than
they
started
with,
is
to
refuse
me
further
service.Petty
and
spiteful
attempt
to
cause
me
hardship
in
getting
feed
for
my
horse
because
I
complained
about
them
taking
money
for
a
service
they
don't
do
properly.
Of
course
I
had
no
intention
of
giving
them
any
more
of
my
hard
earned
money
for
poor
quality
services
anyway,
they
have
competition
who
do
it
way
better,
but
she
thinks
she
is
making
things
hard
for
me
.
I
could
always
get
some
one
else
to
get
stuff
for
me
from
there
if
I
needed
to
,
lol.
Bless...
She
has
returned
the
cost
of
the
Euro
hunter
repair
,but
not
the
other
3.
This
doesn't
cover
the
cost
of
the
ruined
rug.Guess
I
will
see
her
in
small
claims
court.
