Went with my wife and youngest to give him a run before heading home. The entrance is right where people order and pay so had to wait till people moved before we could get in. Found the staff not very friendly or polite but it was busy. Found the seating area very cramped, the tables felt like they were right on top of each other which meant not much room to move and felt like we had to climb over tables just to get to the toddler area. We got given a dirty table which we were told would get cleaned but after 10 minutes still had dirty cups on it and food on the floor and had to clean the table down with a wipe myself. The table was right next to the female toilets which all I could smell was urine. The toddler area was open so it was filled up with big kids which my child didn't like and he didn't find the limited play equipment very engaging either. Ordered two lattes and wedges but we ending up leaving before we got them so was a waste of money. Won't be going back and won't be recommending to out friends.

hi went here with our granddaughter who loved it. However big warning!!!!!!!! There are components of this playcafe that are VERY dangerous our granddaughter hit her head against a solid wall as she fell off some equipment. (safety net had no tension and 2 walls were straight hard panel or brick) She haswseemingly sustained query concussion post this incident ! We advised Management of the issues pertaining to this area and they indicated they were aware and had had other issues and were awaiting someone coming from interstate to remedy the issue We made a suggestion that the area should be cordoned off , as it was dangerous, until issues were rectified, however the Manager seemed disinterested

A nice spot to take the young ones indoors. Equipped with an infant area, really good coffee, a decent kids menu, working booster seats and able to take bookings for catered children's parties. Only things are to remember your kids must have socks on in the infant area, slides or jumpy castle and in care for other kids they will tell you if your kid is playing too rough.

Recently came here to have a quiet birthday with immediate family. Waited 45 minutes for a coffee and got the third degree from the rude wait staff for not making a birthday booking even though with three kids we don't qualify for their 10 kid minimum.

Decent equipment, place only let down by bad opening hours and the fact they'll take your money even if all the tables are full.

Not sure if it has changed owners or if the same people have made the changed. But the improvements weather it's new or the same owner. It has improved a lot with the equipment for the kids to play on, the hygiene of the place has improved the changes that have made so the hygiene of health and safety is kept up to standards

Brought my granddaughters here today (7 & nearly 9) about 12 noon and they had a fantastic time - in fact they stayed until 4pm close. The staff are great and the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended

Not a lot for toddlers. Yet still charged for entry. I can see how it would be great value for kids over 3 or 4, who can use the bigger equipment and the jumping castle. But the Infants area 0-3 was just a small slide and some soft play cubes. Older kids kept going in there too and jumping around. But that’s the fault of the parents who should be supervising their kids still. The food and coffee was nice, and well priced which did offset the $11 cost for a toddler somewhat. I think we’ll wait till our child is a bit older, or there’s some additional equipment / options before we come back for another visit.

A family friendly place to come for a play with the kiddos and young ones, good coffee most times and some great hot nibbles along with a few cold ones if that takes your fancy. Slightly overpriced in my opinion if your only staying for an hour or two but if your there with a few kids for an afternoon it's a fantastic space to sit back with a coffee and enjoy the smiles and joy.

Always a good place to take the kids. Kick back and relax while they burn off all the excess energy they have or join in and go on the slides with them.

Kids ran hog wild and had a blast while I had a coffee, pretty hard to complain about that. Kid friendly menu was pretty good, nothing beats a quick fill of chips when you're 6 years old and don't have time to stop and eat something more substantial.
