My earlier purchase was a meditation spinning ring that I love so much. Both ordering experiences have been awesome!! The 2 bracelets I purchased look nice however they needed a few more beads as they are very tight on my arms. Not sure if they are authentic or not as no certificate or info.

Just would like to say I bought a ring I bought the wrong size. Immediately sent back as per instructions on Friday received reply on Monday informing me refund has been actioned. Great this is the first time this has ever happened with anything I have refunded. Great job Palas Jewellery.

I love Palas. The variety of beautifully crafted charms and jewellery. I first received my first necklace from a very close friend a few years back and now I gift charms from Palas to other mates. Only thing I am not happy with is postage. The courier has not delivered my last package for my friends birthday which was 2 weeks ago. She still had not received the package which is disappointing. Not that it's Palas fault.

While finding some Palas at a shop first, I then couldn't resist visiting online! Love the simplicity of these styles which make them very easy to wear everyday or when dressing up! Can mix & match, swap to suit outfit! I would love to see more copper as I wear rose gold mixed with silver but the pale gold works just as well! Highly recommend :)

Terrible delivery service. My order was delivered to the wrong place in the next suburb. The lady who lives at that address asked the mailman to take back the parcel, but he refused and blamed I wrote the wrong address (Btw, the address on the parcel was correct.) Fortunately, my phone number was on the parcel, so this lady called me and came to my place to give it back. And I pay $10 for the delivery fee. I also contacted Palas. They said they would follow up with the courier and come back to me the next day. And no update after two days. The bracelets are beautiful. But with this bad experience, like a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't order from Palas again.

Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered the wrong charm and sent an email with a response straight away to resolve. When I spoke to them on the phone it was sorted out with no hassle at all, and she was lovely. I then received it so quickly and packaged beautifully. I ordered a Goddess Meditation Ring . It’s a lovely design and good quality. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but that was my error . Just be aware you can’t exchange. Very simple process to return ( at your cost ) and then you re order which I will definitely be doing after receiving friendly advice about which size I need . Also ordered a gem bracelet for my daughter which is gorgeous . Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I lost my Palas initiation spinning ring recently which was my absolute favourite. I reordered the same ring last week and it arrived within 4 days to Melbourne. Palas yet again sent me a small other gift (earrings) with the purchase which was a lovely surprise. The ring itself doesn’t appear to diwclour or rust (as other brands have in the past) but the spinning ring does become more stubborn to spin over time. Either way I love it, the design is pretty and boho, and it fits well. I’m a medium size but my hands are quite small.

My wife was amazed at the excellent quality of the items she purchased. I am placing an order for several more items from the provided catalogue for her upcoming birthday. Very happy with the stores quality and style of jewellery.

I love everything about it from the designs through to the packaging and most recently the amazing customer service when ordering online. I normally purchase via a retailer as I'm a bit of a last minute shopper however the online shopping experiance was great. The bonus is that there's free express shipping when you spend over a certain amount. Woohoo!
