    We were invited to a private function today at the club to celebrate the 100th Birthday of Mrs Julie Scott who spent many years as President at the club. Julie (my Grandma) turns 100 on the 26th September 2021. The current bowling club President had a few stories to share and there were a few old bowlers there as well. Julie had been playing bowls since the 1970s and retired in her early 80s. Some twenty years of her life. The clubrooms are well maintained and Covid safe, QR checkin and masks enforced. Very welcoming and friendly. Best afternoon tea I have had in a while!

    Spending money to replace greens however the clubhouse is in need of an upgrade, people were v nice and friendly.
