Very disappointed! Orderd an overpriced açai bowl, while i noticed the whole menu was over priced. The very rude lady who charged me for my food, charged me too much then what it should have cost, aswell as my food was unappealing with apples that tasted like onions (chopped on the same board) and frozen bananas. I don’t recommend at all 🚩🚩

Small bright and cheerful Café in the food court area of Geelong Westfield Shopping Centre. Prompt, friendly service, we felt prices were on the high side. We had a Steak Sandwich and a Cuban Sandwich. The Steak sandwich was about $19, chips $4.00 extra. The Steak Sandwich was tasty and tender, although light on in the steak, which was several small pieces of meat within the sandwich.

way over priced. the apple in my açai bowl were cut on same board as onions so the apple tasted like onions. over charged me for what I ordered, banana was frozen and overall wasn’t a good experience at all. wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately the rude front desk lady “muni” charged incorrectly then consistently wouldn’t let me speak or explain myself as to why I was being charged for something I didn’t order. After explaining I didn’t receive the food, she rolled her eyes and said don’t worry don’t worry I wont charge you then with no apology or understanding around the situation. Asked her several times to stop and let me speak but she wouldn’t stop talking and saying don’t worry don’t worry putting her hand up~ I won’t charge. I was happy to pay the full price appose to special price as apparently I forgot to mention that I wanted the special - this was not the problem though. The problem is the full price item they charged me for I did not receive either but was being charged for it. Then was told that I should have listed the items of exactly what it was that I wanted, and I wasn’t clear enough so ingredient by ingredient . She also proceeded to blame it on the waitress who was actually quite helpful and said she took my order wrong. Zero accountability and no people skills. After two years of coming to the cafe, I won’t be returning

This place was pretty good, way better than I was expecting for a mall cafe! We had the big breakfast and halloumi with pesto, eggs and mushrooms on toast. Both really generous portions and super tasty. We had a hot choc and matcha latte for drinks and they were both great too. Would def recommend their food 😊

Don’t get the eggs benedict. Swimming in hollandaise sauce. Like a soup of sauce. Absolutely rotten.

Yummy food and drinks at good prices. Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options too! Highly recommend the zucchini and corn fritters.

There have been two times in 40 years that I have asked for my money back/refused to pay for food. This was one of those times unfortunately. We ordered a vegetable soup and scrambled eggs on toast. Pretty simple meals. The soup was super oily and so incredibly spicy it was inedible. The scrambled eggs were runny and slimy and pooled on the plate. We just couldn't eat it. Thankfully we didn't get charged but the manager made it clear he was annoyed. Edit - this is a genuine review of Paper Cup located in Westfield. The soup was on the specials and I spoke to staff at the time to deal with the issue. This occurred a number of months ago.

One of the few places we found in the area of Geelong we explored that do all day breakfast. The food is delicious with very generous portions and good table service. The only reason I can't score higher is the location. Being in a busy food court is a bit of a negative - if this Cafe was tucked into a quiet waterside location, it'd be an easy 5 stars.

Tall girl with long hair and cute winged liner is so friendly and so so speedy! plus the coffee is always good and never burnt! she deserves a pay rise :)

Great range of food available and great coffee! The staff are friendly and approachable. I got the smashed avo and my partner got the Spanish baked eggs. Delicious!

I have walked past this Cafe so many times over the years but on this occasion we decided to dine in for a meal instead of sitting out in food court. The food was delicious, as was my latte however the price for the food was overpriced as was my sons milkshake. It came out in a standard glass for the price of a usual tall milkshake glass. So unfortunately there was no value for money in my opinion.

Awesome cafe and staff are very helpful. Food was very delicious. We have diet restrictions and staff tailored dishes as per our diet.

Beautiful day , caught vline from Melbourne all the way to Geelong . Breakfast at here was worth travelling so far . It was great portion size, quality and tasty . Lovely friendly customer staff that served made my morning . Thank you for a beautiful start to my day of travelling

This place is a great little Cafe that I honestly walked past so many times but I am glad I finally stopped. The food was lovely and the staff were great. Definitely worth trying

Any time we are in town this is our go to cafe! The white hot chocolate is just delicious and vegan with soy/almond or oat milk :) We cannot wait to try out the other hot chocolate options! Super happy with all the vegan sweet treat options and the hot drinks that were vegan too. The staff are super friendly and fast service.

Had a baked potato with the lot. It was delicious. What stands out the most for me is the staff who are so very polite and make sure you get a great service. Will definitely go back.

Ordered pancakes which we're microwaved arrived crispy & hard with icecream topping on top. Very disappointing considering the price paid. Service and coffee only good things here.

I enjoyed the smashed avo here. It was simple but it was cooked well. Nothing really special though. I feel the downfall of this place is that it is in the westfield shopping centre and as such, doesn't have the best vibe. Nice place to pop into though if you're already shopping and wanting to stop for lunch.

Terrible place. They don’t know time. I ordered eggs on toast and after waiting 15 minutes I asked them how long i would have to wait. They said 4 minutes. 30 minutes later, I am still waiting. Don’t lie to people. Tell them the proper time!!

Visit often with the whole family for breakfast, or sometimes with friends, and sometimes just for takeaway coffee. Really excellent food, lovely staff, and superb coffee! Our favourite cafe in the whole shopping centre, really recommend! 🥰🥰

The staff is so welcoming and energetic. We love the buttermilk pancake... the space is neat and interior is perfect to relax and have coffee. Recommended 100%

We were looking for some lunch and came across this place. We ordered a steak sandwich and ceased salad with two lattes. The coffee was hot and had a nice taste. The ceaser was large with plenty of anchovies and fillings. The steak sandwich was really nice with plenty of fillings also and a nice chutney. Staff were helpful and efficient!! Cheers PCC

Took them 45 min to bring the food on the table and it wasn’t even busy. And it was breakfast....Regardless of how good the food is timeliness and the customer service is important....

What a great little cafe! Coffee was delicious, as were the breaky burger. Who can beat a $10 breakfast! The bacon was thick and cooked perfectly. And the relish had a tiny bit of spice to it. Service was also super friendly and we were made to feel very welcome

I ordered the Hot Spud with garlic butter and bacon and to say I was disappointed is an understatement, I paid $16.50 for this and it was appalling, the spud was barely warm, the cheese was mozzarella NOT tasty cheese, I could barely taste the garlic butter, the coleslaw was gross, and I was expecting to have heaps of diced bacon on top but no I had one single bacon strip ON THE SIDE, the whole thing was bland and cold and the bacon tasted like it had been cooked in the same pan as chicken and fish. I will NOT be going back to Paper Cup and Co ever again.

Best coffee in Geelong! The staff were absolutely lovely, I believe their names were Jaymee and Tamika. I highly recommend this place if you want a coffee or some food!
