Have been to a few plays in theatre now and is very comfortable. There is not a bad seat in the theatre but would suggest that the council to allocate seating. They need some good table and chairs in the small bar area. The braid arts centre is very clean

Great location in the heart of Ballymena, great modern building sheltering the museum,a lovely state-of-the art theatre and a nice cafe. They're organising all sort of events and festivals which indicates a dynamic and proactive management team. Ample carpark across the road. Great plus for the town of Ballymena.

I think I had in my mind to high expectations from it. I've been on the third floor of the museum, where you can see a little bit of the history of this city, but I couldn't find someone to talk about it, only some screen with images and somewhere I could hear a very loud voice from the speakers and that's it. on the second floor you can find an entire room with paintings, but again no one from museum to talk about it

Great selection of shows, very well kept. Cleaners clearly spend a lot of time and effort to upkeep the premises

Very friendly staff and worth a visit if in town. Wouldn't make the effort just for this activity though!

Dear Braid Centre Time to introduce allocated seating!!!!! The queue waiting for access to Joseph at the minute is preposterous and dangerous with folk standing 4 and 5 deep on stairs. Extremely unprofessional. I bought my tickets early on line so I should have my pick of where I sit but folk walking in off the street have priority if they're in the queue ahead of me. Will think twice about coming here again. Now apparently there's a problem and they have announced we cannot get into theatre. But sure leave your place in the queue and come downstairs to more comfortable seating. Aye right. Going to be trouble when they finally get their act together and queue starts moving as their are going to be jumpers and arguments galore.

Super show last night ,mind blowing and funny , I bought 13 tickets as part of a surprise birthday night ,I called in during the day to ask if I could reserve a block of seats so we could all sit together ,a simple 'yes' should've been the answer ,a girl jotted down my number on a piece of scrap paper and I left none the wiser ,nobody ever called , After our meal we arrived ,cutting it fine I know ,with an extra guest in the hope they could remain with us ,I asked could I pay for 1 more ,'no ,its sold out and it's about to start ,yous need to get inside' in the confusion and commotion 3 of our party departed , The remainder of the party made their way inside and located our split up seats but quickly discovered there were at least 3 empty space that could accommodate our 3 departed friends ,quickly we approached the nearest member of staff ,explained our plight and pleaded that they help us, 'I'll check with my boss' and off they went ....we never did find out the outcome of this, Like I said ,we had a super night and the show was really enjoyable, and we all headed on to have an enjoyable evening afterwards but can I suggest that if you are going to tout yourselves as a hospitality venue that you invest yourselves in some staff training ,
