So disappointed. Brought our dog to this vet as we thought she was dying due to her age. Kept being advised of tests the vet wanted to do and being told that the dog was walking about and getting a bit better. Wanting to continue to put through more tests until we said we wanted to bring her home. When we picked her up, she could not even lift her head even though she was apparently walking about a half hour before. She died within an hour of her getting home. I am just thankful that we were adamant of getting her home to be with us.

The best vet clinic I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so welcoming and very helpful. Nothing is ever too much for any of the staff. I’ve taken my cats and dogs to Clare Vet Group for many years, through the good times and the bad, and have always been treated with kindness. Lovely caring people who genuinely love animals. Thanks especially to Naomi, Diane, Andy, Martin and Keith for your care of my babies over the years and also a big thanks to Paula, Colleen, Anne, Janice and Niamh for making all those appointments and giving me a shoulder to cry on when needed. Wee took our princess to get Neutered (Marcy 4yr old pug). The service is second to none, the staff are very friendly and for a change Marcy looks forward to going in to get cuddles and made to feel so important. Aftercare was outstanding and our girl is now even more spoilt as she used her op to make us feel bad for her. 😁

Best vet practice around. My family has used them for many many years and now myself and family use them, we travel from Antrim. Everyone makes you feel welcome you're listened to and they genuinely don't stick the arm in regarding prices. My dogs love them they go into consult room tail wagging and leave tail wagging I think that itself speaks volumes.

Nicest people on earth. My cat wet herself in the cat carrier on the journey to Ballyclare. Lisa washed her and cleaned her up. When I went to leave my car wouldn’t start and Stephen brought his jump leads over to me and helped get it going.

My dog has been registered at Clare vets for over 4 years now. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. The staff are very attentive and professional at all times and go the extra mile. The clinic is spotless both inside and out. The text reminders for appointments is a great touch.

Would definitely recommend. My dog has been here quite a few times recently and they have been so great with my lil old man. He's not good with other dogs but the have little handheld devices to buzz ya om when they are ready for us to come in. Brilliant idea and keeps my dog calm as he doesn't have to see other dogs or cats

Wonderful staff, very caring and have helped my cat so much over this last few months, from a traumatic delivery, saving two babies we thought we had lost via csection and the aftercare was great. Also treated mum with a tummy infection. They gave great advise as this was out 1st litter x

Friendly staff. We were very well received at the reception, although we did not have an appointment, they served us. Doctors, thank you very much ❤️ there was a result after the first pill. I highly recommend. The photo in the car is from his last visit to the clinic 😁😂

Been bringing my dogs here since I immigrated here about 2 years ago. They've always been so kind and easy to work with and worked my puppy in during emergencies so smoothly. They're thorough and listen to me and are so good with my dogs and cats. I wouldn't trust them anywhere else really!

I have used this practice since getting my own pet, after having used them for family pets for a long time. I am never disappointed with the quality of service, how kind every single staff member is or how well my pet is looked after! Every vet I have seen has taken time to answer all of my questions (there are many) and fully explain all treatment options - I have never been sold something I didn’t need or want. They treat animals well and with respect, causing as little stress as possible. On every visit my cat is diagnosed as being a handsome gentleman, and I couldn’t agree more! I’d highly recommend for first time pet owners who can be a bit anxious or have a lot of questions!

We’ve had two visits here. Just excellent. Our border collie is very nervous and reactive. They dealt with him - and with us - professionally and compassionately. Efficient without being impersonal. And take time to listen and to talk everything through. Still undergoing treatment with them but seeing huge improvement. Just the best.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Always keep you loop especially if you're pet has to start in. And are reasonably priced and the care they give is fantastic.

Excellent practice. I have used thier services for over 20 years and they have looked after all of my pets amazingly. I will never forget how kind Naomi was when looking after my senior dog. Would recommend this practice to everyone

Clare Vets are wonderful. The practice itself is clean and any “accidents” are dealt with immediately. There is a separate waiting area for cats, which I really appreciate, having a very nervous cat myself. Staff are friendly and the vets knowledge is excellent.

Spent a fantastic weekend here beautiful cottage. Owner very friendly and helpful. Great nature walks But the star of the weekend was TOMMY bit shy at the start but apples and carrots won him over.we spend a lot of time feeding him. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WE HAD IS WE COULD ONLY STAY FOR A WEEKEND. DEFINITELY WILL BOOK ANOTHER STAY. 5****. ACCOMMODATION.

Lovely veterinary practice. Staff are so welcoming, reassuring and helpful. I really appreciated their quiet waiting area for cats in the Ballyclare practice. Would highly recommend.

We found the staff at Ballyclare excellent. We were very concerned about our pet. Celine was extremely kind and sensitive as we were distressed. We were very impressed with the thorough care and compassion of all of the staff we encountered. I would highly recommend this clinic.
