A superb hospital with dedicated staff from medics to cleaners, all performing their work to a high standard. Splendid new General Practitioner building with underground parking facility now on site. Urgent Care Centre available from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday but closed at weekends.

Excellent A & E department. I had a fall on ice and hurt my back and wrist. Saw a triage nurse immediately and a Consultant within half an hour. I had my back, chest and wrist x rayed and a cast put on my wrist and ready for home in just under 2and a half hours. All the staff were lovely. Very efficient department

I visited Urology at LVH for a Biopsy procedure yesterday and was treated quickly and very professionally by such lovely people. The procedure was quite a bit more uncomfortable than I had anticipated but Maeve (sorry if I have the spelling incorrect), Linda and the rest of the team were so good at what they do, my discomfort was disarmed to a significant degree. I’m so grateful for your services and am in awe of all of your talents. Thank you all I wish you all the best (but hope I don’t have to meet you again in a your work environment) 😁 Alan M

Rolled my ankle 6July 2023 and phoned urgent care at the Lagan Valley Hospital today.I rang at 8am and got an appt at 9am I was met by two extremely helpful porter's Ralf and Pil from start to finnish my treatment was first class I'm extrem grateful to all the staff for their care and attention thank you. I was out in my car by 9:45 am

7/6/2022 went to day procedure unit today what amazing consultant/doctor and also the amazing nurses I would not have got through it only for the kind considerate people a very big thanks for getting me there and your understanding Lindsay C

What happened to me was wrong. I feel very uncomfortable with what happened. In short, regarding psychological services, you say I am unwilling to attend, then I attend, they turn up 45 minutes late, don't follow through on anything they say, tell me to not turn up, send letters out after the appointment date, and again claim I am unwilling to attend. I am not the one unwilling to attend. You can't even give me psychodynamic psychotherapy 3 times per week since 2015. How unwilling, unable, and unready are you?

Underwent cancer operation plus a skin graft today. Words cannot describe how outstanding the staff were. Nurses Angela and Eimear were very supportive, professional & explained every process. Surgeon Petra was first class. Priceless and undervalued staff. If only I could reward you with a much deserved pay rise.

I had to go to the hospital with a knee injury and was absolutely amazed at how quickly and professionally I was dealt with,staff were a delight and it was like heaven on earth compared to Belfast hospital,couldn’t praise it high enough,Well done

Was in AE with my throat nurse were all very nice then seen the doctor VILLAN Seymour he was fantastic from start to finish very nice Doctor and very helpful thankyou very much

Can't get through to anyone. Service has dropped dramatically. Hearing Aid Department uncontactable. Leaving my husband without his hearing aid & hence unable to communicate. Without hearing aid he'll not hear anything even a Fire Alarm, which is rather worrying.

Really good experience of this excellent A and E dept. Receptionist, Charlotte, so helpful - quick appointment - Nurse Practitioner Mark, very empathic and kind, explained everything well, efficient check-in, Connor on xrays - competent and helpful. Seemed a very well-run dept by nice staff. No fuss or stress. 5 stars.

I brought my brother to Lagan valley as he was having chest pains and he's diabetic.He was kept in for two days having thorough tests. I can't praise the doctors and staff enough for looking after him so well. He was discharged with follow up tests as an outpatient.

Top evaluation and diagnosis by the doctor I got on the 2/1/23 about a viral infection, very pleasent staff and experience.

Accessing the car park was difficult. 8:30 am could find no coffee machine

Went to a Dr called Dr coahraine at the white house I showed her test results of MRIs I have had of arcnoid cyst that has been leaking fluid through my skull she totally ignored it and after 5 minutes of talking to her she dreamed up a conclusion that I am dilousanal,stay away from this woman she prays on vanrable people she actually makes it up as she goes along every thing you tell her goes in one ear and out the other, so if you are going to her for help and you are not well be best to stay away from her she has poor people skills should not be that job she thinks if she throws medicine at you and writes down lies about you,it must make her feel powerful, she even puts on this act where she looks over her glasses when you are trying to talk to her, she is not genuine, AVOID THIS DR.

Had a urology biopsy done in the day procedure ward of the Lagan Valley all the staff were very friendly and provided a professional and excellent service.

I had to speak to a doctor on LVH A&E department. He gave me an appointment for 3.30. When I arrived a little early I was taken immediately. Had bloods and covid test taken then xrays. All told I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I cannot praise the doctors and nurses enough. They were extremely efficient and professional. Thank you so much for your care

Just home from lagan valley hospital after having septoplasty, the nursing staff kind gentle and patient and talked you through every step. 1st time having general anaesthetic and wen I woke after procedure staff still there checking up b4 I left 5pm 3/2/23 Thank u

Such wonderful staff. So kind and Carring. They are always check on you, even when you are sleeping. A few nurses are mean, but most are exelent. I'm grateful to Have beeb here for care.
