Stayed for 2 nights. Very handy location just 2 mins away from Bangor transport hub. Staff at check in very friendly and happy to provide and share local knowledge. Room itself okay, little small but practical. However the food service is what really let this Premier Inn down. Dinner on both nights took over 2 hours for 3 courses. Almost an hour between starter and main. Very over subscribed restaurant with too little staff. Food was tasty and staff very polite, but the wait times ruin it. Similar at breakfast - food quickly running out and not being replaced. Had tables booked but on occasion they weren’t ready for 15+ mins after our booked time. Would recommend for rooms, if you are eating here though allow plenty time

My visit was for business, I do enjoy a walk after work and the hotel is ideally located for a walk along the side of Belfast Lough. Parking is included and the hotel is only a 15/20 minute drive into Belfast. A peaceful stay while being able to get out if required relatively cheaply. The hotel is really nice, clean and in a prefect place for me for business for the week. The front of house staff are very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble when a request was made. Shout out to Elliott for arranging a room on the third floor for me which I requested via e mail to the hotel the week before my stay. The housekeeping team were great and provided me with additional towels when needed, again really pleasant and friendly. I can only assume that this hotel is really well run from the behaviour of the team when doing their day to day jobs. 5 stars for all from me.

Loved the stay here for 1 night. The staff were really helpful. The best thing is, it's location, which is nearby bus depot and train station both. So it's easier to get transport. No complaints at all.

Another comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels as well as TV, kettle and hairdryer. Great to be able to top up tea, coffee and milk at table in Reception area. Loads of parking (remember to validate your vehicle registration number) and an easy walk in town, to the park or bus/train station.

Very clean and comfy. Staff were polite and friendly. Only disappointment was the lack of Guinness! Really wanted to try it during my visit

Always enjoy staying in premier inn because of its proximity to the train station and to the marina and main street. The place is clean and there is a bar with beers on tap and a good food menu to suit most people. There's also a carpark with plenty of space. Check in and out are now automated which means less waiting around. There's also an Asda next door if you need supplies.

Very impressed by the friendly Staff. I was unable to stay dhe to illness. My husband, who is disabled did however stay gir one night as we had friends over from Scotland. He loved the bed, and the breakfast, which was served to him by the staff. He walks with the aid of a walking cane, and everyone was very helpful. Our friends were also impressed by their stay and will no doubt use Premier Inn Bangor again. They also liked the location, just a short walk to the station where trains leave for Belfast every 30mins. Thank you to all the staff for their care and service.

Lovely relatively new hotel, rooms clean and plenty of parking. The only let down was the level of staff within the restaurant. It gets busy, but on two of my four nights here, from being seated to getting my starter took an hour. The staff are rushed off their feet, it wasn't their fault but they really need to up the staff levels to be able to cope without having making people wait for an age. Send to be a very common thread in other reviews for this particular hotel.

As a Premier Inn, this one performs very well indeed. We use it frequently when over. We are on a longer stay this time, and so far, it has made us very comfortable. Have to say the staff are always above and beyond so well done to them and the management. Highly recommended.

Returned yesterday from a 3 night stay with over from England to spend time with family from Bangor. The staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in the perfect spot, across the road from the bus and train station and a short walk into the main and high streets. Overall a fantastic 3 night break 👌

Spent 3 nights here recently and have no complaints. Premier Inns are brilliant, you know what to expect and they never fail you. The room was clean, service at reception very helpful and breakfast great.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff and extremely accomodating. Room was immaculate also. Honestly couldn't fault it! Would definitely stay again when in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

I was blown away by the brilliance of the Bangor Premier Inn team on a recent visit. They proved to be our knights in shining armour after a flight cancellation by BA meant that our school group (26 children. and 5 teachers) were faced with the prospect of an unscheduled extra night in Northern Ireland. Within 1 hour of explaining our plight Leanne, Ella and the team had magicked up enough accommodation for our group. Cheerful chefs aided by the rest of the team ensured our evening meal (and breakfast) was a fantastic experience too! All in all - an amazing experience. 10 out of 10 for every member for the team. Thanks

We had a brilliant stay. Hanna was so professional under the circumstances at the time of our booking in due to other customers. She kept her cool. Ethan couldn't have been more helpful either and our other server who's name I didn't get. We will definitely be staying again.

I've been to this place a few times each time not good. First time I went to meet a friend for a bite to eat they had no food. Then I get a fine for 100 pound parking illegally. I'm Disabled had my badge in the disabled bay. Next time I went again no food. Then last time I went they didn't have tea or coffee. It's run like Faulty Towers one staff member who are very nice but poorly paid I'd say. I'd never go near this poorly ran Hotel again.
