Booked
a
pamper
package
which
included
a
spa
treatment.
The
original
room
we
checked
into
had
lights
hanging
from
the
fittings
in
the
bathroom-exposed
wires
etc.
The
lights
also
did
not
work;
reception
staff
did
change
our
room
for
us.
However
the
blanket
on
the
bed
in
the
second
room
had
blood
stains
on
it.
We
had
to
check
in
around
a
wedding
party
that
took
over
the
reception
area
and
front
of
the
hotel.
We
were
not
informed
about
a
wedding
being
held
on
site
for
a
midweek
stay
which
we
feel
we
should
have
been
told
about
when
booking
as
we
would
have
changed
our
dates.
The
wedding
made
us
feel
uncomfortable/and
unable
to
use
the
hotel
restaurant
for
our
evening
meal
and
we
ended
up
leaving
to
drive
into
Belfast
to
eat.
The
power
went
out
multiple
times
throughout
the
hotel
and
country
club
within
the
first
few
hours
of
us
being
there.
Breakfast
was
tasty
but
all
the
food;
including
the
coffee
was
cold,
(and
we
were
seated
before
8am)
which
was
also
disappointing.
The
only
positive
of
our
stay
was
our
spa
treatment
through
an
external
business
operating
on
site.
We
had
been
bought
vouchers
for
our
stay
at
La
Mon
and
still
had
to
put
forward
more
of
our
money
to
cover
the
cost
of
our
stay
and
we
were
very
disappointed.
We
would
not
have
liked
to
have
been
spending
the
full
price
for
the
stay.
Reception
staff
asked
how
our
stay
was
on
check
out;
their
response
to
being
told
that
we
were
very
disappointed
in
our
stay,
and
listed
the
reasons,
simply
responded
with
"oh".
I
wouldn't
recommend
La
Mon
for
any
kind
of
stay.
