Went on the recent bank holiday. It is a lovely space with lots of seating so wasn’t waiting too long. Nice menu in terms of food and drink that was served very promptly. Just a little noisy at the table beside where the washed up crockery was put. Barista actually listened to a request for a strong hot chocolate and it was really good. The banana bread was also lovely, could had had perhaps a tiny bit more sauce as it did get a bit dry for me personally. I also think their opening hours could be slightly longer, this was my third attempt trying to visit them as they close at 3pm! All the staff were very nice. Highly recommend visiting!

I had the Shakshuka and my friend had the breakfast roll. Very tasty food, beautifully presented. Staff very friendly. Nice atmosphere and spacious cafe, with an artistic and modern style. Can't wait to go back and try out the traybakes and coffee, they looked delicious. Good place to go if you want tasty and healthy food!

Great spot that we never tire of! Food is always fantastic and my iced latte hit the spot on a warm day 😁 Breakfast roll and shakshuka! Took no time at all and service is always friendly.

Delicious food. Great staff. Friendly dude running about absolutely loving his job, having a laugh with everyone. Cant wait to take my other half here to try something else on menu. Should change it so you can tip by card. Good staff missing out on tips.

Very fast and friendly service, food was delicious with great portions sizes and well priced. To expect a slight wait to be seated as it is a busy place. Alternative options were available for diary and vegan.

The chef deserves an award. The most delicious food I have eaten! Just wow! Not your average meal, all items on the menu have their own flair. Was worth the wait in the wet and cold due to being so full. Definitely worth a visit.

Great coffee shop with outdoor seating in Newtownards. They have a hot food menu, traybakes and also sell bags of coffee. The main room has a beautiful plastered ceiling, they have art on the walls for sale and the whole place has a relaxing atmosphere.

Best coffee shop in Ards. The Bagdad eggs are a long time favourite.

Ate here for the first time today after hearing great things about their food and was not disappointed. I had the savoury waffle and I didn't want it to end! Absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Staff and so friendly too. All in all I would highly recommend a visit.

Got a mexican breakfast to go. It's the only meal that I don't feel guilty for spending money on (in this economy)-it's worth every penny. Whatever chef accidentally dropped some feta on to it, well I love you. It was busy but your staff are all so welcoming. Great food, great vibes ❤

Probably the best coffee I’ve ever had. Enjoyed a very flavourful flat white and some peach waffles. Food is excellently presented and all tastes amazing. Staff are very friendly and service is fast.

I think this is my happy place. Run by a very cool couple who are well travelled and you can tell. The food, the entire menu in fact is delish. Yes I've probably eaten most things on it. Bit of mexican, bit of middle east, lots of creative fusion on offer, all super fresh plates which look as incredible as they taste. It's wonderful for brunch. Always busy for good reason

Great food with attention to detail. Maybe need to review their cappuccino offering; Mine was definitely a latte. Small point but worth correcting. Overall great place.

I’ve become a right coffee snob…. But of the 100s of coffee places I’ve been to in this year, this was the best coffee I’ve had. The food was also absolutely incredible, prepared with all of the seasoning and balance id expect of a professional restaurant and made for a chefs palette.

Visited here this morning with my wife. Our first time at Haptik, and have to say it was really excellent. Service was top notch and food was so delicious. Coffee was great as well. I had the Huevos Rancheros and my wife had the Baghdad Eggs. Really really good - would highly recommend. 5 stars ⭐️

First time in Haptik Newtownards, first class! Had a gorgeous brunch and fabulous coffee. Very different experience to Haptik Belfast.

First time in, absolutely loved the food: obviously made by someone who cares about his/her trade. Coffee was excellent too. Not sure what the other reviews are complaining about the size of the cups for. If you want oversized dishwater, go to Starbucks. Service was very good and friendly. Price was very reasonable. Would easily return again.

Disappointing!! the Shakshuka was Very GOOD but it is clearly a baked ''egg'' not baked ''eggs'' per the menu description and for £11.00 two eggs should not be a push for this dish! Not good value for money, particularly when compared to competitors. Service wise it's basic and considering "the these days" Table to Service Provider ratio of 6 tables to 4 Team members, I'm being very, very positive in that assessment. Also describing a dish to a customer when they point out an issue when they have read the menu description ordered based on it then eaten the dish is really not the correct justification for the complaint!
