Food is lovely but customer service extremely poor. I placed an order via website but payment didn’t seem to have gone through due to technical glitch (I tried twice) so phoned to check. I am deaf so used a relay service. Payment had actually gone through twice. The staff member who took my call was extremely rude and told me they were very busy and needed phone line back, presumably because the relay takes time. Needless to say will not be ordering from Gaze again. Very disheartening.

Absolutely disgusting service restaurant was freezing my mum was eating dessert then found a big peice off plastic on her bannan we were then hit with big bill charged for sides!! Definitely don't go here

The food me and son got was bloody awful staff cocktail didn't want to know the Chinese lad was very ignorant to us he was about giving check to 63yr old man used to be if you didn't want a sweet they took pound off no he said the meal curry the beef tasted off they charged us full 16 95 each for meal but it came to 43 pounds they take charge for tips I would love to tell every one please stay away not good for money they don't care poor service all round if I could I would give them o/0 STAY. AwAy they wouldn't give us a sweet to us to take home

Any food I've got is good. The reason for 3 stars is because their prices aren't very consistent. Was charged £20 one night for a takeaway. 2 weeks later I ordered the exact same thing and it was £16. Don't understand why I was charged an extra £4 before.

honey chilli chicken with rice Chicken was nice, rice was awful. sticky and clumped together, sort of like a rice pudding. Sauce wasn't "chilli" at all and was just sweet. It was all very thin as you can see from the photo. Prawn crackers were good but because of the sauce being thin it just ran through it within seconds after putting rice into it. Bottle of coke was room temperature. Wouldn't order again if I'm honest

Great value for money, parking right beside it. Good selection definitely worth a visit

I always get a very good meal here and at a reasonable price. Always well cooked. Staff good at sorting you out

Worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. Food was cold. (So was I. Restaurant was freezing.) When I complained they said "WE will let the kitchen know" Avoid at all cost. It's a pity you can't go below 1 star!! .

We visit Gaze on a weekly basis and it is consistently amazing! The service is extremely efficient and the food is wonderful.

Have been 3 times in the last few months. First 2 were really nice but today on our 3rd visit it was awful. We chose chicken chow mein and sliced chicken,chips,onions,peas and gravy. The only item that was warm were the chips. The chicken was really tough. Money wasted. Would never entertain it again. It's a shame that some places cannot keep up their standard. With how things are today, the cost of living and suchlike It's annoying when you feel that your hard earned cash is wasted. This was a celebration dinner for a 70th birthday and we were so disappointed. Ah well lesson learned.

Despite ringing ahead for collection we still had to wait a further 20 minutes with very curt service. Salted chilli chicken was tasteless & tough. Ordered ham & cheese spring rolls, were given the vegetable ones. Won't be back.

I used to argue with my other half that this place was great loved the food. I have suddenly changed my mind after the meal tonight. The rice was clumpy, very little sauce and the prawn crackers didn't taste anything like prawn cracker they tasted more like sweaty 10 year flip flop. The fried rice with gravy was bad when my son wouldn't even eat it point blank refused. Very disappointed and very overpriced I won't be back!

Good curry but a cold chilly restaurant.

I was a little surprised at the portion sizes. I could have eaten double. £17 for 3 courses, which is great, but I did leave a little hungry still, shame.
