Recently
deliveries
have
taken
a
lot
longer
than
normal
with
the
longest
time
being
1hr
35
mins
from
time
of
order.
In
that
particular
order,
the
pizzas
were
not
fully
cooked
as
well.
I
sent
two
emails
about
this
but
did
not
receive
any
response.
I
also
attempted
to
call
the
shop
but
got
through
to
a
full
mailbox.
Finally
I
decided
to
respond
to
them
on
a
social
media
post
but
still
received
no
response.
This
evening
we
decided
to
order
again.
The
text
confirmation
we
received
states
food
should
be
delivered
within
the
hour.
After
waiting
65
minutes
I
called
to
check
on
the
order
status…
The
pizzas
were
not
yet
in
the
pizza
oven.
The
staff
member
mentioned
that
they
were
very
busy,
but
customers
should
not
receive
lesser
service
based
on
how
busy
you
are.
At
peak
times,
more
staff/drivers
can
be
employed
to
cover
the
increased
demand.
At
least
I
was
able
to
get
through
to
the
restaurant
this
time,
rather
than
the
mailbox
full
message.
He
mentioned
that
we
would
get
the
pizzas
in
30
mins
and
this
was
correct
as
the
pizzas
were
delivered
after
waiting
1h
35mins
again.
The
delivery
driver
was
very
apologetic.
The
issue
was
not
his
though,
but
it
was
nice
to
see
he
was
aware
of
the
delay.
The
pizzas
we
received
were
great
so
it
was
nice
to
see
the
quality
of
the
food
was
back
to
normal.
I
requested
a
partial
refund
and
they
did
grant
us
a
25%
(which
we
have
not
yet
received,
but
expect
it
to
take
a
few
days).
I
don’t
think
we
will
order
from
Giuseppes
again
as
this
has
happened
more
than
once
in
the
last
few
weeks
so
this
is
an
ongoing
issue
and
I
believe
it
will
not
be
resolved
in
the
short
term.
Outside
of
these
recent
issues,
the
pizzas
are
good
and
I
would
recommend
them,
but
only
if
you
are
in
Ards
and
able
to
order/pickup
from
the
store.
Otherwise,
there
are
plenty
of
other
pizza
restaurants
capable
of
delivering
ordered
food
within
an
hour
in
the
area
