This is a nice wee cafe, we all had festive fries and I can say that they really hit the spot. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Lovely breakfast of poached eggs, mushrooms, fried tomatoes and a Flat White. Suitably socially distanced. Great service and value for money.

A great start to the day! Toasted soda bread with sunny side up eggs, even though it’s raining out side there is sunshine on my plate! The cafe is clean, the staff friendly and service efficient and the food well presented and tasty 😋my only very slight criticism is the tv was to loud and I was as far as I could be, only reason not a five star ⭐️

Used to go to this cafe after school, 55 years ago! Called in for a coffee today and bumped into a teacher from my old primary school! He's 94 years old now and sharp as a tack. Cafollas as good as always and the place to be while in Newtownards town square

Excellent cappuccino, cheeseburger,good old fashioned style of service where staff interact with customers. Very clean establishment.airy,bright, and reminiscent of non chain style cafe.uniquie individual and attractive.

Sorry to say stopped of today Wednesday 7th sept Feeling abit hungry and been here before, thought great wee chippy So ordered a chicken curry All I can say it contained very few chips and chicken And search party are still looking the curry sauce, Sorry guys but price of the meal nowadays and very little to show Its a 2 out of 10 from me Very disappointing 👎

Ordered 2 frys and a gluten free fry and 3 cappuccinos to sit in, cappuccinos came in take away cups which when sitting in nobody wants, you want a proper cup when sitting in but when we took off the lids there was a scuzz forming on top of the drinks, workers didn't seem too bothered, eggs weren't cooked properly on the 2 frys, sodas were burnt and on the gluten free fry they forgot the bacon and when I asked where was the bacon they said is bacon gluten free even though it was on the menu, gluten free fry was pitiful, I've never had worse really and it all came to £34 which we didn't know as there is no prices on the menu which I have never seen in a cafe before, we couldn't get out quick enough and even though I've had theyre ice cream which is delicious they're breakfast food is brutal

Was here with my auntie so this review is from us both. Nice friendly atmosphere and service. A very warm welcome. The service was fast and with a smile. We had the lasagne meal and ice cream. The lasagne was exquisite infact it all was very lovely. The lady took time out to talk to us. All the staff had smiles on their faces and nothing was too much trouble. Great food, excellent service and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend the Milkshakes made with their homemade ice cream.

Wasn't sure whether to get a seat and order but it seems you have to go to the counter and order and then hope there is a table. But even though it was lunchtime the service was speedy and the food was very tasty.

Never go there for an icecream went to day with my 4 kids ofered 4 small tubes that was the tine bit of ice cream and they charged me 12.60 fk reduces that would get me two days food I am a single mum off 4 and though I would get them just one icecream can't believe they charged me 12.60

Went in for a coffee with some friends. Great cup of HOT coffee in busy cafe atmosphere. In the summer it is fantastic to be able to sit at the outside tables and watch the goings in in the square.

Took the kids there for a summer holiday treat and had a lovely lunch. Definitely going back soon ❤️

Lovely welcome! Excellent value for money - the mains were really generous. And as for the marshmallow ice cream…..pure heaven! Will definitely be returning customers!

Noticed the new menu and was excited ordered a pastie and a cow boy supper. The pastie was OK but the cow boy supper was not nice the chips were hard and dried up as if they were reheated they were not fresh. My Americano coffee was bitter and had an awful after taste. Would not go back and would not recommend this cafe

Had a wrap with two fillings and it was edible. Quite bland and would have expected crisps or something on the side.

Called in when discovered Nero was shutting 5.30.what a lark. Are you open yes! Can we get a coffee? Certainly. Then what about piece of fudge cake or chocolate cake with ice cream? .yes good idea. No not one to share Plate each please? Delicious coffee, delicious fudge cake delicious ice cream. Tanya was cleaning floor but we didn't walk over it. The Mrs Caffola was such a host. We now will come here instead of cousin Michael's. Next time a fry. Recommended !
