Absolutely the best service.Friendly staff from start to finish.we loved our time with them.went back for the 3rd time and the service is just as great and the food just as amazing 1/7/22update Went there again and it did not disappoint Absolutely loved both our meals and the drinks were amazing Iv had a few strawberry Daiquiris from different places theirs takes the cup..its a winner.

Very friendly and welcoming, food was amazing and portions where also amazing. And the flavours in the food definitely compliments to there chef. 😊 p

Lovely food and drinks are made fresh and cold! Only small issue we found was the flickering main lights all around the restaurant.

Food was superb, I ordered the T bone steak and it was cooked perfectly. Great portions, very tasty and the staff were brilliant. Definitely recommend.

I’m not one to write reviews but this was the worst dinning experience i’ve encountered. The entire night from the service to food was absolute dismal! We had booked a table for a birthday dinner, It took almost an hour for a server to give us menus which were hand written and photocopied in an illegible font, with no vegetarian options, sides or allergies displayed. We waited an hour for drinks which all arrived in different sized cups despite ordering the same drinks and all costing the same price. We waited 2 hours for our food, when complaining to the manager about the wait his excuse was ‘’most parties like to sit and talk before the food,’’ something that was almost impossible to do considering the music was so loud we had to yell to hear each other! Not once did the manager take responsibility and apologise to us, instead the waiters had to take responsibility and apologise. The manager only spoke to us after we had got up and left, begging us to comeback and that the food will be ready in 1minute. 5minutes later we were served cold food, that barely matched what we ordered. 2 of our party were missing their meal which took an additional 20minutes to be served all while another table was being served before us. They then brought out the cake we had prepared, before our meals had even been cleared of the table, they didn’t even have the decency to offer to cut the cake for us. To top of the whole experience we were still expected to pay. While the whole night was awful my main complaint is to the manager for his poor attitude and unwillingness to properly apologise or take responsibility for the night, I can just hope he doesn’t take his incompetence out on the cooks and wait staff. Safe to say, I will never willingly come back.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a resturant. It took 2 hours for the food to be served and it was raw, cold and overall poorly made. The music was also blasted on full volume for the majority of the night and they couldn't be bothered to clear the table before bringing out the birthday cake. The manager was the main problem with all of this and neglected my table and only cared when we tried to leave before receiving our food which we had to wait an aditional 20miniutes for our food while other tables were still being served before us. The waiters were the only good things about the place as they were very nice and was genuinely sorry for us and the wait. The manager didn't bother to apologise and forced the waiters to apologise instead and hasn't taking any responsibility for how poor we were treated.

Under new management & lokmon back to serving his usual 5* service. No more uncomfortable atmosphere back to the friendly relaxed experience. Lokmon can now continue the previous experience he always showed each & every customer along with his regulars. Call in again & sample the home from home experience again. We fancied bbq ribs & wings but too lazy so nipped in & there was a girls night out & a birthday party along with couples enjoying a relaxing drink outside. Who needs to cook when it's all supplied with a nice cold beer.

Mixed reviews from my family but overall positive. I had Lasagna from the 2 course lunch menu (£11 = bargain!) which I found a bit dry and lacking flavour. My wife had the mini chicken stack from the lunch menu which I'm sure they mistakenly served the full size portion as it was massive and very well received - no complaints! My 12 year old son picked the basket of chicken off the main menu for £17 - bit much! It came with a chicken breast, chicken wings and chicken tenders - the chicken was succulent but lacking flavour - I think the wings should have had BBQ sauce and the chicken a southern friend coating but all were pretty tasteless... My 10 year old ordered a cheese burger off the kids menu - it came out as a full size burger but was well over cooked to the point of blackened and hard and he couldn't eat it. Deserts were a big hit - kids had the warm chocolate fudge cake which I'm told was the best ever and was well presented exactly the same as my wife's but just a smaller portion. I had the warm sticky toffee pudding with ice-cream and again it was perfect. Four meals, 4 deserts, 3 coke's and a glass of water was £57 which wasn't bad. We will go back and give them another go as they were close to giving a great experience - I think my wife's Chicken Stack and the deserts win the vote to return...

This restaurant was recommended to me as my husband enjoys a good steak. First thing to hit us up the face when we entered the door was to be told that their card machine wasn't working so thankfully my son was with us and he had to go and get an ATM to get cash...not a great start when one has driven miles to sample the cuisine...the meal was ok...not as large as expected but tasty nonetheless. A varied menu but very pricey for the food and drinks...was quiet when we arrived but their loud music playing was a complete annoyance...couldn't have a conversation with it blasting out...background music is where it should be...well in the background...service was excellent, quick and efficient...ladies toilets down two sets of stairs...a put off for customers with mobility issues like me and disabled users.. definitely not accessible for wheelchair users...no ramp or lift... summing up was disappointed so will unfortunately not be eating here again....

My young son was having a typical toddler moment right as we entered, and the girl seating us offered him biscuits and juice to help settle him. Lovely touch! Menu had plenty of choice, food was delicious, portions great and staff were phenomenal, friendly and efficient. Couldn't fault it!

It was my wife's 50th birthday and I had 10 friends and family. The service was appalling took over an hour for our order to come. We had walked out and they came outside to say food was ready my wife was really annoyed and embarrassed a real let down food was cold won't be back and will not be recommending that anybody should eat here.

On arrival the host was fantastic, very welcoming. Seating was very prompt and the setting was great. Waitress was very polite and provided a great service. Food didn't take long, it looked fantastic and tasted great. This restaurant was recommended by a friend, it was obviously my first visit to this restaurant and I'm happy to say I will return.

Nice staff, decent food large portions. Only let down was they appeared to have only onw white wine option that they served by the glass and it tasted like the bottle had been opened more than a day
