Waiting two hours for a delivery is absolutely shocking, this review wouldn't even be written if the food came hot but it was stone cold and the fact that they lie by saying it has left, then when we called an hour later the food never even left the Ruby. This place has gone to the dogs. We won't be ordering from here again.

Worse chinese I've ever had the salted chilli chicken seemed like it was left over from the previous night tasted older than my nan the beef curry was disgusting the beef was all rubber could of used it to repair my mother's leather sofa lest the mushrooms were nice in it as it's all I could eat the missus didn't approve of the fried rice either as tasted like stale brown bread she also said the chicken balls were all batter disgusting chinese avoid at all costs.

Just love here, a little bit more expensive than some of the other places but the size of their portions does between two of us. Never had a bad meal and really quick.

Absolutely disgusting food and service. Our "meal" arrived after an hour's wait..had to reheat it which is unsafe anyway...then whilst trying to enjoy it, my partner suddenly started to choke and pulled a long piece of plastic out of her mouth. How horrendous!! Plus a rotten slice of "pepper"/ "onion" (not even sure what it was). Absolutely disgraceful. Phoned and let them know, promised a refund!!! Never ever again. In fact no more takeaways this millennium!!! Gross is an understatement, especially during covid times? Where was this plastic from????

This is by far the best Chinese in Ards. Just totally yummy!

Called in last minute for a Chinese for dinner. Great menu and quick service.
