Looks like someone ate my crusts and threw the pepperoni at the pizza from the edge off space. Definitely the worst pizza I've ever received, and I've had pizzas stuck to the roof of boxes will never return to this store.

Staff are nice for the most part and food is edible but not great, overpriced when there are so many independent local places doing much better food cheaper and better

Typical Domino's good enough food when bought as meal deals to cut the expense.

Collection is fine as its Dominos, you know what you're getting. But Newtownards delivery is a bloody disaster. If you are lucky that they get the order right or don't forget something then be prepared for it to look like it's been thrown across the shop. This isn't rocket science folks, it's putting a box in a car and driving to an address that you know, Jesus seriously! And if you do mess up, as you always do, try some compensation or at least an apology. S#*t show......

If I could give a minus star I would. Order estimate 20-30mins delivery. Over an hour and 10mins the pizza arrives cold and hard. Dominos useless customer service as well completely unhelpful.

Easily the worst dominos ive ever been to. Ordered collection for 6.15 ended up waiting in there for 20 minutes before getting my food at 6.35 (not the end of the world just annoying). Didnt get the dip for the cinni dippers (again just annoying) when we went in to ask for the dip we were blatantly ignored by the woman at the front. Garlic pizza bread side was 99% crust and a tiny bit of toppings in the middle

Use to love a good dominoes, now it's just not the same not sure if they have changed supplier

Order looked like someone held it vertically and shook it until all the toppings were lying across the side if the box, was a soggy mess, didn't even feed it to the dog, really helpful and sent a replacement free of charge, pizza arrived, missing toppings, it was a half and half and they had the bases the wrong way round after I confirmed twice to make sure when I phoned back, not be ordering again

Order arrived incorrect, cold and missing parts, over four hours late and 10+ phone calls. My number was ignored by staff, I was lied to multiple times on the phone, the food was out for delivery, then it wasn’t made, then they told me I hadn’t answered the door, I was essentially stolen from. I couldn’t imagine a worse experience.

Two for Tuesday, I wouldn't go back to Dominos Newtownards if it was Free for Friday, the two pizzas I got had little to no toppings and the customer service when i took them back is on another level the manager Joshua (I take it he is the manager) they need to take him back to the training room. Went from there to Little Wing 👍👌 excellent

Waited 30 mins on our pizza to be told the delivery driver took ours and id have to wait for another to be prepared. Not happy

Had to wait a long long time as all the pizzas going out were on deliveries. I believe if I phoned my order in I would have received it faster than by going to the counter. Some of the chat between girl on counter and delivery drivers was definitely not appriate listening for children.

I ordered a timed delivery last night and for the first it was spot on!! By a young driver cory i think, excellent and efficent highly recommend:)

Bought last night for the first time ever, they got the order completely wrong, I only noticed when I got home. I rang to complain and was obviously annoyed but they had he correct order ready when I got back. Can’t fault them really, their customer service was 5 star

Food was so fresh and tasted lovely. This is the first time it has been so good.

According to tracker pizza not started yet 45mins after ordering, website now says not accepting any more orders, and staff not answering the phone. Horrendous.

Very disappointed, after doing the decent thing and going straight to the dominos ‘concerns’ email instead of making a public complaint, they didn’t bother to reply, so I’m making my complaint here and making it known this place does not supply good quality food. The chicken is horrible and is frequently spat back out due to the texture being chewy and inedible. The quality of the food is not up to par with other establishments. Stop spending money here, there are far nicer take outs which are also probably cheaper!

Called in to order, took half an hour, got home and discovered they had given me the wrong order, had to go back and wait again. It'll be a long time until I'll be back there.

I usually order from here often as it’s consistently been good pizza up until the past month. Twice this week I’ve had a stomach ache after eating the pizza. The stuffed crust hadn’t risen and there was next to zero garlic and herb, the pizza had a strange taste like it had been undercooked, the same as last weeks. The cheese dough balls were disgusting with no taste or cheese and I had to spit out a dough ball that was raw the other week. Not sure if it’s new staff but something has changed recently and I will be avoiding for a while.

great pizza! told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes and it was perfect and on time waiting for me to arrive. it was delicious and the staff were kind and seemed to enjoy their shift and were having a laugh while cooking. glad 2 see staff in hospitality enjoying themselves

Cannot believe the service. Waited an hour and a half for food,we only live up the road why its taken so long I don't know. When I rang to place my order the young girl on the phone was rude,unenthusiastic and didn't speak! As I rang them a second time to query of the whereabouts of my order I was told it wasn't even on the way and had to be freshly made therefore causing us to wait another half an hour! Do not order from here,save yourself the hassle.

Have ordered from it twice now and both time myself, partner and 10 month old have been violently Ill after eating it! We have the benefit of the doubt the first time but this place must be absolutely filthy if it’s making people Ill. A report has been put through to EHO. This shop needs sorted asap.

I absolutely love Domino's Pizzas. Always hot and plenty of toppings. Service is good and ordering on the app is quick and convenient.
