Shop was packed and I was asked to come back unfortunately this did not suit,even though they had contacted me in the morning to pick up a repair that had taken the best part of two months. It was very obvious the ladies were under pressure. I do use this shop but I never feel comfortable in it. The shop is lovely inside but for me not a good atmosphere.

Fab experience from start to finish, bought my daughters 18th birthday present , which was originally showing out of stock , when I phoned the girls were so helpful and said they would be doing an order and would get one in for me. Custom jewelry The staff could not have been more helpful. They advised on style and made a custom bracelet to my design requests. In the end they made a personalised, beautiful piece of art. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I designed two rings with Robinson Goldsmiths when I was younger that my parents got made for me for my 21st and 25th birthdays. It was these rings that got used to make my wedding band 7 years ago as they were my something old and something new. Unfortunately shortly after illness made it impossible for me to wear my engagement ring and wedding band anymore. I contacted Jennifer about the idea of redesigning my rings into one new ring. I knew I wanted to reuse my stones from my rings but change the metal to platinum. The process from start to finish was exciting and stress free. Jennifer was amazing in helping me look at and discuss different designs, source a tanzanite stone for the centre, and always kept me up to date on the process throughout. The day I got the email to say it was ready was so exciting. I love my new ring. I will be back soon to make a second ring with the diamonds, I had left over. I highly recommend Robinson Goldsmiths for all bespoke designs and work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wouldn't go anywhere else for jewellery as it's so special and completely different!! Rosemary herself is an extremely lovely person and nothing is a problem to her!! She always goes that extra mile!! Her Daughter Gillian delt with us last Sat as my Daughter broke her necklace trying to put it out over her jumper??? We purchased it with earrings to match last September for her 16th!! When we went in on Sat she greeted us with a big smile and couldn't have been more helpfu!! She had it fixed in 5 mins and no charge!! Gillian if you are reading this you definitely provide excellent service will big smile!! Such a beautiful classy Goldsmith's!! Stunning!!! This Christmas my dad gave me his gold ring that he has owned for over 40 years, (I’m only 24), he wore it as a large pinky ring but I wanted it resized to wear on my right ring finger, took it to robinsons to be re sized, the girl that dealt with me was so informative of exactly what they would be doing to my new ring as I was understandably cautious considering how long it’s been in my family, they had so many sizing options and the ring came out EXACTLY the perfect size and you can’t tell it’s had any work done what so ever. couldn’t of wished for a better service. Paid abit more than I was quoted by someone else but robinsons are 110% worth the extra money I would have happily paid double for the service and the workmenship, amazing business from start to finish have convinced my mother to have her ring resized here aswell. 🙌🏼
